5.00Maddie was wonderful, warm and so knowledgable! She answered all of questions and gave us great tips👌🏼 She took us to a variety of restaurants and gave us the history of each one. As we walked, she pointed out important buildings and points of interest.

5.00This is an excellent tour that showcases small, neighborhood restaurants, and a broad variety of cuisine that are local to Amsterdam and the Netherlands. The restaurants selected are the ones that nearly residents would go to for dinner or a bite, and allowed you to feel what a real local would experience. Our guide, Maddie, was knowledgeable about the history of the neighborhoods and food, and brought with her personal experience of growing up in a foodie family (her father has won 15 James Beard Awards) and was exceptional for her engagement, stories, and knowledge. I would do this tour again if Maddie was leading it.

5.00Genivre was an excellent guide. She took good care of us as we crossed streets. She taught us the significance of various typical Dutch foods and the variety was wonderful. We learned about the different neighborhoods in Amsterdam. She helped orient us to where we were in the city.

5.00Ginevra was an excellent tour guide - she gave us excellent tips and recommendations as we traveled the city! The food we tried was delicious and nothing we would have found on our own. For example, we didn’t have stroopwaffle but had a wonderful alternative Dutch dessert. I only wish there was a bit more history covered while we walked. That said, I would definitely recommend this tour. It is great for foodies who want to try food that reflects the heart of Dutch food.
