Your ticket for the Heineken Experience is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the Heineken Experience at this specific time. Changing your slot time is NOT possible.
The canal cruise can be taken before or after your Heineken Experience visit

What To Expect
Heineken Experience
At your pre-booked timeslot, you enter the Heineken Experience. On a 1.5-hour self-guided tour you’ll learn about the company’s heritage, the beer brewing process, Heineken’s innovations, and about what it takes to serve a world-famous beer. Find out the four natural ingredients that make this beer, and discover the brand’s sponsorship activities with Formula 1, the UEFA Champions League and the Rugby World Cup. And sure enough, at the end of the tour you can raise your glass with new friends.
Then, enjoy a 75-minute cruise provided by Blue Boat. You can use your voucher for the cruise daily between 10:00AM and 06:00PM from our docks at Heineken Experience and Hard Rock Cafe.

4.00We wanted to hear a bit about the history of Amsterdam and all of the buildings since we did the 75 min tour. The QR code wasn’t working…. My boyfriend was asking our guide questions and she was very knowledgeable and friendly to explain everything.

5.00The Heineken experience was a great tour. We enjoyed learning some of the history of the Heineken brewery and there were several interactive activities that enhanced the experience. The canal tour was a nice add on that provided a few more Heineken beers and a little history on the city of Amsterdam.

4.00I was unable to arrive on the cruise in time, but I was immediately let on board the next day. The ride is fantastic! The guide seems to have been extraordinary tb, but with strong and fast English, it became difficult to understand. But my only complaint was due to the auto guide that didn't work. Besides, it was wonderful!

3.00Pretty pricey ticket to view a building that used to be a brewery. Would have been great to tour an actual working brewery. Instead it’s packed with self-promotion and laser shows. A bit of a disappointment.

1.00The Heineken Experience was the most unorganized thing ever. Took 30 minutes to enter. Extremely unclear as to what we were supposed to do. The boat was a very uncomfortable boat with weird seating and odd set up. Would not recommend either of these companies to book with again.
