Bad experience , no tickets ever sent and after arrival to the museum, we were refused to enter which shocked us and let us to miss this experience. Bad experience with this tour.

I never received our tickets , audio guide and any instructions. Spent about 25 minutes on phone line explaining my situation, and at the end was refused to enter the museum , do not know why. The reservation is very clear with the date and time. Still waiting for a full refund as we reported this company.

We booked guided tour but the guide never showed up. We spoke with the tour operator and offered us an alternative with audio guide, but we were refused at the entry as the tickets was already scanned by someone else. Waiting for a full refund and would never ever book with this operator.

We missed our tour as we never received our tickets, tried to reach this tour operator number of times but never got a respond. I strongly recommend to not book this tour as you will never make it to the musuem.

We never received our tickets, despite multiple messages to the operator. As a result, we couldn’t enter the Van Gogh Museum at all.For the price, this was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t book this tour again.

I gave it s 4 instead of 5 stars because it says " guided or audio tour" There was no guided tour. It sounded like if we waited for a specific time later in the day we could have a guided tour. The audio tour was perfect, however. We were happy that it worked out because the museum got very crowded by the time we were finished. Get there early.

My visit to the Van Gogh museum was delightful. The ease of the E Tickets for my entrance and audio was great. I enjoyed the presentation of Van Gogh’s life and his incredible art.

The visit to the museum itself was very good, but the Viator app did not work on admission, so it took us a long time to finally have the QR code. That there are often problems with the Viator app was also confirmed to us at the entrance of the Musuem.
