Xavi was an excellent guide . He provided a great deal of detail from a history standpoint. He also kept it fun and even helped us get the passport stamped when we entered Andorra. Overall it was an amazing trip

Marta, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky as it snowed in the mountains on our trip! We spent a good amount of time in each place, had the chance to absorb and feel the local community and the nature surrounds. Also really loved how Marta was really available to give personalised recommendations to other activities to experience in Barcelona. It's a long day but well worth it.

The trip is a balance of traditional and modern towns giving a good context to the region. Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable and made the drive time fly by with information about the region and answering specific questions. He had good and honest recommendations at each stop. Overall it was an enjoyable way to spent the day.

How did viator run a trip to Andorra on a day it was closed for a holiday? A true disappointment since the entire point was to go shopping. Viator should have sent notification to the people who booked the tour to allow them to make the decision to continue with the tour or cancel if they wanted. Prior notification would have been the professional option. Not telling the group 20 minutes before arriving in the country. The tour guides did the best they could and manged the group expectations well but this lack.of information put them in an very unfair position to manage the group. That being said they were professional and managed the challenge with grace.
