Angkor Wat
We begin with a pre-dawn departure (4.30 to 4.40 am depending on the time of year) from your hotel for sunrise outside Angkor Wat. Enter the great temple in darkness from the little-visited eastern side, and creep along hoary cloistered corridors past the longest stretch of bas-relief carvings in the world. Soak up the atmosphere of dawn at Angkor Wat, from the edge of one of the ancient library pools. We then explore the interior of the great temple, spending a thorough two hours discovering the corridors, central chambers and upper terraces of this truly great temple. Your expert local guide will decipher the myriad of stories behind the bas-relief carvings, and give you an insight into life during the height of the Khmer empire. We end our tour at Angkor with breakfast outside the temple (take away, from your hotel), and a short rest.
Srah Srang
We end our touring at Angkor with breakfast at Khmer local resturant (breakfast is not included), and a short rest.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Chhay who kept us laughing and entertained throughout. Seeing all the temples was magical and having Chhay telling us more information about them and pointing out interesting structures made it come to life.

Sak was an outstanding tour guide and truly brought to life the spirit and history of Ankor Wat. He was a passionate and animated story teller who kept us all engaged with what we were seeing. I thought I was “templed out” until I did this tour, it’s all about the guide and going with Sak was 100% the right choice. He also knew the exact approach to navigate the temples. Timings to avoid crowds etc etc. A seasoned professional. Always finding the perfect picture spot and asking and encouraging questions. He brought the history of Cambodia alive and I highly recommend. Thank you Sak and Black. (Solo female backpacker, 30)
