What To Expect
Bayon Temple
You will head to the south gate of Angkor Thom followed by the Angkor Thom (comprises of renowned Bayon Temples which was made up of 54 towers and 216 faces of Buddhisatva Avalokesvara) and Baphoun temples which was one the most spectacular temples during the Angkor empire heyday. Pass by the Terrace of Elephant, which was used for the public ceremonies and served as the stage for the king’s grand audience hall, the Terrace of leper king (one of Angkor’s mysteries), and the ancient Royal Palace Phimeanakas.
Ta Prohm
Explore Ta Prohm Temple, known as the “jungle temple” or “tree temple” referring to the lush trees surrounding the temple’s stones. The gigantic roots of the trees embracing the ruins have made it one the Angkor’s most popular temples.

5.00Had a layover in Siem Reap on the way to Vietnam, and this was the perfect day trip to do while there. Se and his driver were excellent, we covered four temples and stopped for a fantastic lunch at a Khmer restaurant. Se was very flexible with my pace and tight time frame, and we even got to spend some time in town before heading back to the airport. Highly recommend.

5.00We loved our day trip. K.K., our tour guide, was so informative and welcoming. He is an expert. My dad and I would not have been able to experience half the temples we got to see had we tried to plan temple sightseeing on our own. The lunch spot (meals not included) was a nice break during the day. We highly recommend this day trip to see so many different breathtaking UNESCO world heritage sites in Angkor Wat. Please request K.K. as your guide when booking! You'll be glad you did.
