Annapurna base camp trek is a world-class trekking trail in Nepal. Join us for an amazing 13 Days Himalayan adventure along this stunning trail for your unforgettable holidays.
The trek offers an extraordinary variety of ecosystems because of the unique combination of depth and height along the route. The stunning route is surrounded by snow giants such as the Annapurna Himalayan ranges and other peaks above the 7000-meter mark.
A dense tropical forest of bamboo and rhododendron cover the south-facing slopes and the north-facing slopes are covered by rain shadow. The sanctuary is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists as it is believed to be the abode of their deities. It was not opened for the foreigners until 1956.

After early morning, we hike up for 45 minutes to reach Poon Hill (3210m/10530ft). This scenic uphill route offers a fascinating glimpse of the rhododendron forest. I booked my ABC trek with Glorious Himalaya, and I have no complaints about the trip. Everything was well organized. They arranged all the food, accommodation, and transportation for us. My guide, Rajan, was very patient. I trekked slowly while going up, but he always waited for me and checked if I was feeling okay. The service was really good. We stopped for acclimatization, and he also took many nice photos of me with beautiful mountain views in the background. Our porter, Saugat, was very helpful and friendly. He always made sure I was taken care of during the trek. Glorious Himalaya made me feel very safe, and they never left me alone. I will definitely book with Glorious Himalaya again for my next adventure in Nepal next year.

Did the ABC trek (April '25) guided and curated superbly by Glorious Himalayas. Ganesh is down to earth, straightforward and very responsive. He delivered as per the arrangements and all arrangements made were to our satisfaction. I found the charges reasonable too. Keshab Basnet was our guide and he did an awesome job taking us to the base and back and taking care of us on the way and participating in all our silly plans enthusiastically too ! He made sure I got to visit the hot springs (where I really wanted to go) when the rest of the group was not keen on it. Trekking with Glorious Himalayas gave us much flexibility too compared to trekking with larger organisations where most things are fixed. We were a small group of 4 and had a great time with sans the headache of arranging cabs, hotels etc. I would definitely go with Glorious again.

It was a great experience! Our guide, Keshab, was warm and accommodating. We made many changes during trek in the itinerary and Glorious Himalayas allowed us to be flexible. The scenery is quite good. We started the trek from Jhinu Danda, instead of the traditional Nayapul, as we were informed that a road had been constructed between those two points, and that the experience of walking on roads was not pleasant. I thus recommend everyone doing ABC to also start their trek from Jhinu.

This was our group of family and friend's first trek in the Himalayas in Nepal . This trek had breathtaking views of the forests, snowclad peaks and waterfalls, rivulets, springs, glaciers. The experience of the cities- pokara, katmandu and the trek experience was enhanced by Ganesh and his team. The team was warm, welcoming and accomodated changes in the itinerary we requested. They welcomed us together with a family from US who had just finished a trek. It was a great way to start the journey . Our guide Keshab who met us on arrival and saw us off from Katmandu after return was gentle and mature. He guided and supported the trek and took great care of us. The entire experience Katmandu -katmandu was without a single hitch. Thank you Ganesh, Keshab and team!

We completed the Annapurna Base Camp trek in April with Glorious Himalaya Trekking, and it was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, Ganesh (owner) provided clear communication with no hidden conditions, and our guide Keshab was professional, flexible, and attentive throughout the journey. The entire operation was well-organized, transparent, and tailored to our needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional trek operator in Nepal.

Absolutely incredible trip! Massive shoutout and huge thank you to our incredible guide Prakash who looked out for us, adapted our itinerary to maximise our time on the trek, was so knowledgeable, and also our lovely porter Azay, both of these wonderful people were always so positive and happy! We literally LOVED every minute of this trek including the additions of Khopra Danda and a taste of Mardi Himal which made it even more special! If I could rate them higher than a 5/5 I would!

We did the Trek ABC - Annapurna Base Camp, by Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Tadapani, MBC, ABC, Ghandruk... Very nice trek to watch the sunrise and sunset. The most majestic places are the MBC, the ABC and Ghandruk. Our Guide Roshan Bhatta was wonderful with us, he was very kind and he took care of us throughout this Trek. He knows the place perfectly, he takes care of our comfort and he has adapted to our rhythm. He took care of the weather, he advised us in the organization to make the best choices and thus enjoy local life. He regularly mapped the peaks, he explained the history of the mountains, especially the Fishtail, a mountain sacred to Hindus. Ask Roshan for your next Treks in the heart of the Himalayas. It is important to book early your stay with Director Ganesh of Glorious Himalayan Trekking for the best lodges. I advise you to do this Trek in March April to see the rhododendrons in bloom. The month of November is also quieter, during the month of October, there are more groups, due to holidays and Chinese national day. In 9 days we could enjoy the discovery of these magnificent landscapes at the foot of the Annapurnas, Fishtail and Gangapurna. The rhythm allowed us to take time to rest. Mr Ganesh, was present via WhatsApp throughout the preparation of the stay, throughout the trek, he manages very well remotely the connections: taxis, planes, jeep. Everything is organized to fully enjoy the stay by reducing to the minimum the constraints, everything is adaptable. Thank you Roshan for these moments in the mountains, I hope we will have more and thank you to Mr Ganesh for the follow-up of the stay. See you very soon with the Glorious Himalayan Trekking team (local Nepalese agency, no need to go through a European agency, it is very well managed, total trust). A little more: On the way back, we were able to spend 2 exceptional days in Pokhara to enjoy the lakeside, Mr Ganesh also offers punctual visits of Pokhara , Kathmandu...

The trek was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Prakash was simply perfect. Super flexible, funny and well informed. When one of my family members got ill and the weather was bad, he made it possible to change the route to Mardi Himal. In the end, we had a perfect view on Machapucharé and Annapurna South and the whole trip was a great success. I can recommend the trek and Prakash Gurung to every trekker and family. Hendrik
