Edwin was an excellent tour guide. My daughter and I learned so much about the Jewish communities and their history in Amsterdam. We went to a memorial exhibit that was extremely powerful. It opened in 2021.

The tour was great, extremely informative and tour guide Henk was excellent. He provided us with a very detailed insight into what occurred in the Netherlands during the Second World War.

VERY informative! Our German guide was excellent! Saw many sites associated with the Jewish extermination by the Nazis in WW II. So sad, but true and something we should never forget. The Dutch have done a great job of creating memorials.

Tour operator did not show up. We were at the meeting point at appointed time however others were there 45 -50 minutes in advance. Tour operator did not respond to calls and Viator customer service stated initially that operator claimed to have started Tour. Personnel at the museum entrance where we were to meet reported they had not seen guide. Initially Viator said they would investigate 24- 72 hours. Then some people were offered 50% refund. I requested a supervisor and after a few minutes was told we would get 100% refund which was only fair give circumstances. I recommend persistence. Really disappointed as we were leaving next day so missed experience.
