Located southeast of Lower Antelope canyon by the gateway town of Page, AZ. The slot canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone, enough to sculpt out the iconic "X" shape that aptly named the canyon. Antelope Canyon X is a relatively new scenic tour and the lesser-known cousin of Upper/Lower Antelope Canyon, which results in fewer visitors, and a less-crowded experience.
Antelope Canyon X is an impressive mixture of both A-shaped and V-shaped slot canyon walls. Antelope Canyon X is one of the deepest sections of the slot canyon, offering amazing photo opportunities. It truly is a great vacation spot for photography and an incredible slot canyon experience.

Antelope Canyon X was exceptionally beautiful! The weather was perfect and our guide, Bambi, was very knowledgeable about the land and its significance to the Navajo people. She was also an expert photographer and gave us some of the best photos of my husband and I inside the canyon that I’ve ever seen! Would definitely recommend this trip!!

This tour of Antelope Canyon was nothing short of extraordinary. Our guide, Mike, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared moving stories about the land, his tribe, and their rich culture. His deep connection to the canyon brought the experience to life in a way that was both educational and profoundly spiritual. Mike went above and beyond—pointing out the best photo opportunities, ensuring everyone had a chance to capture the magic, and even taking stunning photos of us at the most scenic spots. His warmth and attentiveness made the group feel truly cared for. By the end of the tour, I felt emotionally stirred and deeply connected to the land. It was a beautiful, almost spiritual journey—one I would gladly take again. And if I could do it with Mike as our guide once more, it would be an absolute gift.
