Participants of this program will learn how to prepare an original Austrian Apple Strudel. During the class you will be guided by an experienced chef. Small Groups of 3 to 5 people will be asked to fully partake in all the stages of preparation. Activities such as stretching out the pastry can be a lot of fun and the whole experience of making the strudel is guaranteed to be as rewarding as enjoying the final outcome itself. Additional to the Apple Strudel, participants have the chance to try their hands on to shape your own fluffy Salzburg Prezel. The program also includes a traditional goulash soup for lunch which will be served before you get your own baked creations (vegetarian/vegan lunch option also available).

What a fun experience! We loved it. There was about 15 in our class and it last 1 1/2 hrs. We made Apfelstrudel and Nockerl. While it was cooking we were served Beef Goulash for lunch and it was delicious and so were our desserts. I would highly recommend while in Salzburg and the kitchen is in a cave making it an even more cool experience. Wear comfy shoes to stand in.

It was lots of fun and easier than I expected! The instruction was easy to follow, especially after a demonstration. The lunch was great and we all enjoyed the fruits of our labor

Wonderful hands-on experience. Fun way to spend time with family. Our instructor and assistant were both friendly and professional. Made us want to make the strudel and pretzel at home for sure.
