Really beautiful show. We like the food too. If they have AC to cooler the dance hall will be better.

Impressive theatre/dinning area. Talented dancers and musicians. Fantastic outfits. Small portions but very tasty dishes, beverages at additional cost. Complementary transport to and from the venue. Very enjoyable two hour programme. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with broad smiles. Niva who helped me with the booking was awesome and articulate. Highly recommend, an all-round great experience.

If staying in Siem Reip, it would be an incredibly sad omission if you were to miss an opportunity to attend a dinner show featuring the Aspara Theatre. Bringing to life a wonderful performance of musicians, dancers and performers showcasing Cambodia’s cultural history. An absolute “must attend”, which is certain to guarantee absolute delight and enjoyment.

the dinner is positioned between not bad and not bad (cooking in large quantities served tied or hot...depending on when you are served)...the room is very beautiful and especially the unique show. we did not understand everything of the fineness of the dance but it will make us an unforgettable memory.

I chose the Apsara Theatre venue for the beautiful features and decor, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was lovely, the lighting and plush seating added to the prestige. The show itself was exquisitely performed by elegantly dressed actors. We were provided with a helpful program explaining the acts. The food was delicious too, being served in the intervals to our seats by very attentive waiting staff. It was a straightforward booking through Expedia and as the theatre is easy to get to I did not need a tuk-tuk pick up, but the option is available. There are other, cheaper shows which may be wonderful too, but this one specifies Apsara Theatre Performance. It's a smaller venue from what I've learned from others which makes it a more exclusive experience.

What an amazing cultural experience. The performers were incredible, the costumes were gorgeous, the theater was stunning, the service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. The musical accompaniment was great as well. There are three menus to choose from: Traditional, Tapas, and Vegan. I highly recommend this experience.

Seeing the show of the Apsara Dancers in their presentation with music and choreographies was a very rich and unique visual experience.

This was a beautiful way to spend an evening in Siem Reap. A traditional Cambodian meal is served whilst you watch the incredible performance full of history and learn more about Cambodian culture. A guide is provided so you can follow the stories being portrayed, and vegetarian meal option is provided too. The theatre itself is also very beautiful.

A wonderful evening. When we arrived, we were given a menu in French (our native language), a booklet about the Apsara dances and a lotus flower! The food was very good, the service attentive and the dances beautiful to watch.

From my two week trip to Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia, this experience probably falls into the bottom three for me. While the costumes were very elaborate and beautiful, and the space itself looked very cool and had some great decorations, it did not have much else going for it. The dinner was quite underwhelming with the green mango and the shrimp salad tasting quite off for our entire family, the fried fish tasting what I imagine a very cheap fried fish to taste, and the chicken curry and rice were just alright. The desserts that they brought during a small break in the show were all quite not delicious as well, and they were typical Cambodian (Khmer) desserts but I had some in our hotels and on food tours but these just weren’t very good. The service was also nearly nonexistent with us having to wait around 10 minutes for the waitress to come to ask what we’re drinking (it’s quite a small space with quite a few waitresses) and they didn’t take our plates away until half of the show passed already and we had to ask them to do so. It is a prefix menu, but they did provide a children’s menu but you have to order that online beforehand. The show itself didn’t fare much better. The dances were quite repetitive and boring, and the music wasn’t much better. The breaks in between each dance were always different for no reason which did not help. It is a typical Cambodian dance (so I came in with an open mind), and while it was a unique experience and some of them were nice with some more action and cool choreography, three out of the five were very slow paced and uninteresting. The seats were also not very comfortable even though there were small pillows (as we sat on the floor), and overall it was quite confusing as they did not provide a booklet with the plot beforehand as they do in many other similar-type shows. This made the show even less interesting as you never know what’s going on besides a few basic details. Not only this, but since this experience is part of a five star hotel (but open to all), it’s quite expensive for what it is at $34 USD per person (many other similar shows with dinners are around $20 USD per person). This part didn’t affect me very much (but I’ll include it here just in case) but they did not have any WiFi. Overall, even though you may enter and think it all looks very nice with beautiful decorations, that’s all it is: an elegant facade for a very bland and overpriced experience.
