5.00Tama and Frederike were great guides. Tama picked us up from the hotel with his boat. The dive ship has its permanent anchorage. There the diving process was explained to us. There's an air bubble in the diving helmets. Breathing air enters the helmet through a tube. The terrain is staked out below with ropes. You don't have to walk much on the floor. Fish are there immediately and a very tame ray waiting for its guests. We even petted him. A great experience without any necessary diving experience. Simply helmet on and off
Must do in Bora Bora. Especially family friendly.

5.00This was a wonderful tour and a delightful time. The meet up was flawless and the crew was fun. There are reviews bad mouthing this event; our experience was just as we thought it might be. Yes, the fish and the ray are accustomed to "power from the beyond" descending to meet and feed them. The ray seems to almost "love" one of the crew and responds well to humans. We were not expecting a scuba adventure into charted waters; we got a wonderful time interacting with our "friends" of the deep. Would definitely do again. And would hire the company for real scuba adventure, another of the things they offer.

4.00The activity is pretty good. Good communication with Viator and the service provider. The "dive" is done in the lagoon after having "collected" all the participants in the different hotels or meeting places. I was a little disappointed by the little type of fish we saw even though there was ONE skate. And too bad the photo pack is a little expensive.

5.00If you’re coming to Bora Bora, do not miss this helmet dive experience! It was truly unforgettable — hands down one of the best excursions of our entire trip. Neven, our dive instructor, was absolutely incredible. He made us feel comfortable from the very start, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience fun, safe, and exciting. And Captain Tama was just as amazing — warm, welcoming, and full of that Bora Bora charm that instantly puts you at ease. Walking on the ocean floor, surrounded by the most vibrant fish and crystal-clear water, felt like stepping into another world. We couldn’t stop smiling the entire time. Coco the sting ray came by practically hugging her best friend Neven!! A must-do adventure that I would recommend to anyone visiting Bora Bora. Thank you, Neven and Tama, for giving us a memory we’ll never forget! 🌺🤿✨

5.00We had an awesome time on our helmet dive last week in Tahiti. Tama, Randy, and Antonio were a lot of fun and supported us throughout the experience. We were fortunate to meet Coco, their ‘pet’ stingray, that they must feed regularly because she literally played with Randy while he took underwater photos of us as beautiful tropical fish swarmed around us. I can’t recommend this activity or Aqua Safari highly enough!

5.00Amazing time with Aqua Safari Team for helmet diving! The team was amazing and we had a great time surrounded by colorful fishes and cat fish! They were really profi and took an amazing care of us ( i never dived before)...in our group we had also kids! This is an experience that should not be missed! Thank you Ben, Anthony and Tapa.

5.00Very unique experience. Did this tour specifically because my friend wears glasses and can never snorkel and this gave her the chance to finally do it! Your head stays dry which is great. Recommend to take a go pro so you can take awesome close up pics of the reef. This is a great opportunity for those that do not scuba dive.

5.00This is a wonderful experience. It was probably one of the best tours we have ever done. It is so different from any other tours. Our guides explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. Our safety was a big concern for them. There were a total of six of us on our tour. A little girl about 12 yrs and her brother were a little apprehensive about the activity. I enjoyed watching them have a great time walking around on the bottom of the ocean. Afterwards they said they had so much fun. This is an experience not to be missed!
