3.00The experience is well organized: Hotel pick up, then boat taxi to the diving location, where another boat is waiting. Nice reef with lots of fish eating from our provided bananas. Also a string ray touching distance. I loved it, even as an old time diver. I just think it is too expensive even for the Bora Bora price range. For the same price I had a full day with 4 diving stops with lunch and drinks. This one is about 2 hours, from which 15-20 min in the water. Then for the pictures they asked for $us75. I think this is pure greed. Anyway, I just wanted a memory picture for when I look in 20 years I remember I did it. Tip for solution: just download any similar picture from the web and use AI to swap yourself. 5 min. 😀 So bottom line if you don’t care about money/pictures, I recommend the experience, at least for non-divers.

5.00My wife doesn’t know how to swim, so I picked this tour to make things easy. Thanks to our great tour guide JP and Tama, she was able to take in a fantastic underwater experience without knowing how to scuba dive.

5.00The underwater helmet walk was the best excursion we took during our trip to French Polynesia. The guides were very engaging during the underwater walk. I appreciated Séverine showing us the anemones and sting ray. Communication was great; clearly stated time and place of pickup. They also provided thorough instruction about the process going down in the water.
They never showed up. They cancelled with no explanation

1.00Well, I have to rate this very poorly because the activity never took place. We booked it months in advanced, Viator charged us. We payed a lot for the hotel in Bora Bora to stay one more night to have the day for this activity, and on the morning of the activity when they are supposed to pick you up, nobody shows up. No call. No email. Nothing. Our hotel, the Four seasons Bora Bora calls them, and they inform us the activity has been cancelled. No bad weather. No explanations. Just cancelled. I ask how the tour operator will compensate us and they tell us we will be refunded, which we were. Thank you. That’s it. We paid and stayed an extra night at the hotel to do this activitiy and here the tour operator not only failed miserably to deliver but they saw no problem leaving us like this, no compensation. They just told us we can rebook in 3 days when it is available again. Booking means nothing to this tour operator and obviously they do not care at all about their customers. This is an underwater activity which would need care to be safely operated with some pretty heavy equipment and us underwater. If they take care of their equipment the same way they took care of us, I am not booking with them ever again. Beware. If they mess up and cause you loses, they will not compensate you. Viator didn’t care either. Maybe a credit for my next booking would have been a good gesture to keep a customer trusting you. You are on your own folks with this tour operator and Viator
