Any living creature who hasn’t grown gills like fish, has this main worry before going underwater: "How do I breathe?" Being asked to put your face in the water and inhale can be scary. Luckily, at Aquafari you won’t have to. We will let you breathe naturally. Underwater! This eco-friendly underwater scooter features a bell-shaped glass container that is supplied with oxygen from a scuba-dive tank, which is attached to the front of the scooter. This tank supplies enough oxygen for the entire duration of the trip.
Aquafari is a fun way for non-scuba divers to experience the underwater world and experience the great sensation of breathing underwater.

This excursion is not suitable for women during pregnancy and people suffering from a recent neck or back injury, heart conditions, respiratory ailments, epilepsy, claustrophobia or diabetes
Minimum age requirement is 10 years old. Minimum height requirement is 4ft (1,2 mtr) and maximum weight limit of 275lbs (125 kg).
If any of these restrictions apply to you, a doctors consent letter is required to be allowed on the excursion.
If under the influence of alcohol or drugs, participation in this excursion will be denied.
If your departure flight is within 18 hours of your Aquafari trip.

5.00We came to Bocavana to get away from the tourist beaches. We met some locals and it couldn’t be a better experience. All of the managers, cooks and bartenders were accommodating and wonderful people. They made a quick beverage into a memorable time. They welcomed us like family and it felt like home. The food was INCREDIBLE !!! The cooks asked what and how we liked our food and cooked the conch, shrimp and local specialty to perfection. Thank your for a great afternoon!!!

5.00Everyone made this a really fun experience! After receiving a message from the tour provider, I requested pricing for RT transportation from the port. This was super convenient. We were welcomed and given a little training then our Aquafari began. The two guides were great - posing us for underwater pictures, feeding fish to bring them close and even giving us the opportunity to feed fish from our own hands. For me personally, this was a very comfortable way to be underwater for a little bit. Scooters were easy to operate and it is a unique experience.

5.00This was the most unique excursion because you felt like you conquered the world upon completion! I always wanted to scuba dive but this was the next best thing! I would warn you that getting in and out of the scooter WILL involve your head going completely under water, but there is no water from the shoulders up inside during the whole adventure. I give it a 10 out of 10 and can’t wait for me to get my pictures! Communication involving the transportation they provide was a little slow so check your email’s spam folder.

5.00I recently joined Aquafari and it was a super fun experience! The feeling of riding underwater with such a scooter is truly unique. The staff were friendly, clear in their explanation and made sure everyone felt safe. Underwater the view was beautiful – lots of colourful fish and a very relaxed feeling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯
