Your hosts, Steph and Adam, have been exploring beautiful Magnetic Island for over 39 years, they love to share the stories, history and their connection with this island they call their home. What To Expect
Our 5 hour Discovery Tour is a combination of snorkelling fringing reefs, exploring secluded bays, and learning all about beautiful Magnetic Island. Benefit from having Master Reef Guides on tour sharing the stories of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Personalised to suit our guests with small tour numbers, your amazing adventure starts with us. Activities include exploring secluded pristine bays and beaches, birdlife, snorkel beautiful fringing reefs, reef education with Master Reef Guides, interactions with fish "friends", and marine life - whales (July to Sept), stories and indigenous history all in the one tour. Stand Up Paddle boards, floating pontoon to sit on and relax. Enjoy a morning tea on a secluded beach and connect with the special places we explore on Magnetic Islands iconic and stunning coastline. Morning tea and all equipment for activities is provided for you. Snorkel tuition is provided in a safe and caring environment.

5.00The tour was exceptionally good. Kelvin was knowledgeable and friendly and nothing too much trouble. They adjust the tour stops to the weather and we were lucky to have clear blue sky and calm waters. Saw lots of birds and fish and got to relax in the boat and water at all the stops. They were very conscious of preserving the reef and this was top most when planning stops and guiding where we could snorkel and paddle board. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had a fab time on board and in the water. Adam provided some great information about the island, my brother has lived on the mainland and visited the island several times, he even founf the knowledge informative. Approx 5 hour duration, lovely tea, fruit & snacks. Snorkelling was good, some good coral which is growing and some huge fish. Would highly recommend. Thanks to all the crew.

5.00I thought I would never experience something like Maracajaú, in Brazil, but I was wrong. Magnetic Island is incredible and this tour offers you an extraordinary experience. The crew is amazing and they try to do everything possible to accommodate individual needs. The marine life is abundant and colorful. They don’t rush you and there’s time to enjoy the colorful corals.

5.00For anyone looking to visit magnetic island, especially if youre not sure what to see or where to start, this tour is for you. It was the best for exploring all the natural wonders Maggie had to offer. Our wonderful guides tailored the tour to the conditions of the day ensuring we got over an hour snorkling the reefs followed by a boat tour of the island, morning tea and snorking and finally a third snorking session where we got up close with the large bat and other fish. We saw sharks, parrot fish and were even able to watch one of the local birds feed out of a guests hand. As a solo traveller I was worried I would be forgotten or left out but the whole tour was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would rarely leave such a raving review but this tour was everything and more than what I could ask for and I recomened it to everyone heading to magnetic island for the first time
