We have been going to Aruba 24 years. Over the past 15 years we made Palm Pleasure a yearly excursion as we get so much enjoyment out of if. The host Cesar and crew was always friendly and accommodating but the host and crew were totally different this trip. The music was fun, Bob Marley, Bruno Mars, old school and some newer songs at a comfortable volume. There was something for everyone. This year was different in a horrible way. The sites and food were the same as always but the music was blaring loud and it was all Latin, wrap club music....thump thump if you get the idea. It appealed to only one age and ethnic group. Speakers were everywhere and you could not talk without screaming at the other person. When I asked to lower the volume that didn't happen and I was told the selection of music/ playlist was given to them and they did not have a choice. In the past that wasn't the case so why now? Just awful! There are so many similar cruises that we will definitely look into next year.

What a great experience. The crew took time to give a history of the areas and of Aruba. There were so many fish and a couple of sea turtles. The shipwreck was a highlight. The crew were so friendly, welcoming and engaged, and the open bar was a plus! Would highly recommend.

The boat left several minutes early. Missed the boat. Will be calling my credit card company to refute.

We arrived and checked in quickly inside the little shop—they have everything you might need. Just a heads up: we forgot sunblock and a waterproof phone case and ended up paying $35 and $40, so definitely bring those with you because the markup is steep (though not surprising). The two snorkeling stops were great—just the right amount of time at each, and there were lots of fish. The sunken ship was really cool, but the water was pretty rough that far out, so I ended up holding onto the boat the whole time and just peering down. The drinks were solid—you could definitely taste the alcohol! The sandwiches, though, could use some improvement (basically one slice of meat on a big hoagie roll), but I appreciated having something to eat, and you could go back for more. Overall, I’m really glad we did it. They had music playing, the weather was beautiful, and it made for a really fun day.

This was a great snorkeling trip! The boat was fantastic. We were taken to see the turtles and then the second stop had a ton of fish and a scuttled ship from WWII! Unlimited drinks and food made it even better!
