From the beginning we were asked to meet at 10 at the lobby but they picked us up 9 and left us. I even wrote in the app for indications and got no response. When we got there we paid an additional 130 dollars to see the flamingos and they sat us in the most isolated corner with no shade. I hope I get reimbursed the whole amount. It was a terrible experience for us.

Seatrek was the best experience EVER. The flamingos were adorable. The food was good. Two out the three water slides were being utilized. The obstacle cousre was quite challenging due to wind gusts and waves.

This was a fun day on the island. . The island was fun..lots of great food and bar service was excellent. The snorkeling was a blast and the banana boat was fun.. we felt very welcomed on the island and enjoyed our day.. I wish the swimming area wasn't so rocky . Bring your water shoes and enjoy all the activities they have..well worth the day spent here💯

(Photos are from upgraded seating! Extra $$) I would say overall for the money what is actually included in this day trip it is worth it. However, the food was pretty low grade. I thought the flamingos would be everywhere but they are only in certain spots behind the fences. So you can see them. If you have kids this is an awesome day for sure. The staff was really great. Super friendly and helpful. That being said if you are willing to pay for some upgrades you can be in with the flamingos, in the water with them or lounging on the beach right next to them. Which we really enjoyed! We got so close to the flamingos. We love animals so we loved spending the day with them! There is no guarantee you will be able to upgrade to being with the flamingos if the spots are already filled. It ended up being a very expensive day for us since we upgraded and paid for a 4 spot since for some reason in the area we were in you cannot just buy 2... 🤔 I am glad we did, but if you are looking to use only what is included and want a lower cost day for the family this would be good

Completely lovely beach and friendly people. We had a wonderful and relaxing day with bathing and unlimited drinks. It was good in the heat. Good food we got too. Suitable for families with children and couples travelling without children. Can definitely be recommended

The island is all inclusive no matter how younget there. You can even drive. Im notnaurenthe 5 min ferry boat is worth the extra travel cost. Plenty of ways to get there, which i didn't know about. Def get AT LEAST the premium seating upgrade. Pay a big premium for the flamingos if they are that important. The vip is immediately behind the the private cabanas, so your entrance into the ocean is via ladder. No sand...so you have sand and lounge chairs in the vip, followed by the private cabanas on a dock, with an immediate drop into the water via ladder, which about 4ft deep in choppy water. The premium seating is all sand with a nice size area of calm water. All of these have access to the all inclusive bar. Premium seating you can take pics of the flamingos but cant hang out with them. That's the vip and private section only. So premium $55? And like $275 to hang with flamingos...definitely do the banana boat ride. Included snorkeling was also cool.

Worst experience ever.... My son is 47 inches tall and was denied the 45 inch water slide for being to short and was told to his 6 year old face he knows how tall he is... By the attendant (Not tall enough) Without looking or trying to be helpful. Half the park is closed on break. Staff is rude.

UTV TOUR: This was absolutely amazing! Fred and Albert kept the energy up during a rainy start which turned out to be a perfect day! We truly zoomed through terrain, stopped at beautiful places, and it was just overall one of the highlights of my trip! I would absolutely recommend this to others and can’t wait to do it again!
