5.00I arranged for this private transfer from the airport to the house I rented for my family of 9. A representative was at the arrival section of the airport who called the driver. He was there in minutes to pick us up. The driver was excellent and the van was clean. It was great to avoid the long lineup for a taxi.

5.00Jose was punctual, friendly, and professional. He immediately verified my name, then proceeded to put our luggage into the trunk. I appreciated him having the booster seat ready for my 6 year old daughter. The SUV was clean and well maintained. As he drove us to the airport, he asked how our trip was and shared some local information on what we were driving by. His kind and friendly demeanor really exemplified "one happy island". Once we got to the airport, he helped us get the luggage out and made sure we did not forget anything in the SUV. Jose was excellent! Hope his son has an amazing 7th birthday in April!
