What To Expect
Come and experience an authentic Argentine barbecue, where visitors will enjoy the tradition and folklore of the gathering while learning the different cooking techniques and history of the Argentine barbecue. The experience includes various steps of preparing meat typical of an asado in a traditional Argentine home. The event takes place in an Argentine home, a private and relaxed environment where visitors will interact directly with the products used and the people who cook the meat. Emphasis is placed on transmitting the Argentine culture surrounding this tradition: gauchos, cows, history, tradition, techniques, and friendship. Once visitors arrive at the home, they automatically become not just guests, but friends!

Sasha is a fabulous host - makes everyone feel welcomed, explains all the parts of the Asado, and serves a wonderful meal. Went my last night in Buenos Aires and it was a great way to end my trip. Perfect for singles.
