Join the fun on the Athabasca River for a unique perspective of Jasper National Park. This float trip is safe for the whole family, from toddlers and grandparents to swimmers and non-swimmers alike.
Rivers are rated on a scale of one to six. Class 1 is considered to be calm moving water while a class 6 would be equivalent to Niagara Falls. We were recommended this tour by Dave the driver on a tour the previous day. He was such good fun and advised it really was suitable for us oldies we booked that night! He wasn’t wrong! Dave drove the bus - amazing again- and we had a most enjoyable trip down the river. I would highly recommend

This was such good fun. Our guide, Jacob, was outstanding. Very amusing and so good at rowing the raft. I was slightly apprehensive about doing this activity - I’m a 65 year old granny with a hip replacement and a steroid injection in my knee. It really is suitable for almost anyone and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Finn was superb navigator. Weather not that great at beginning but didn’t stop whole trip being great. Got more of a splash than anticipated but this added to fun.

What an amazing way to spend your afternoon…. drifting down the Athabasca river taking in amazing views. Zach was our superb host who steered us safely and amusingly throughout our course. And you only get wet if Zach really really likes you 😜
