Our Athens full day tour starts from the most important archaeological site the Acropolis, the so called sacred rock. On the Acropolis you will admire the Parthenon the temple that was dedicated primarily to its patron the goddess Athena, the Erectheion temple with its famous female figures the Caryatides, the temple of Athena Nike (victorious Athena), Propylaea, the monumental gateway of the Acropolis, Herodus Atticus Odeon, the ruins of the Theatre of Dionysus and finally the Areopagus (Mars hill).

5.00This is a premium tour without the premium price tag. We were a group of 17 and without a doubt one of the best tours we have experienced. Communication is excellent, timely and accurate. This company did everything they could to make our experience easy and memorable. The driver Val, a great driver, was happy to answer all questions and spoke English very well. He knows all the ins and outs of the city and the best way to keep everything flowing perfectly. We loved everything about Athens and our private tour. Whether your group is big or small, choose this tour!

5.00My husband and I did a full day tour with Yiannis as our driver and could not have asked for a better experience. Theodore was helpful when setting up the tour in making sure our expectations would be met and they were. Yiannis was exceptional! He went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and tailored the trip to us personally. We chose to have a licensed guide for the day and these guys set up an amazing guide who was a wealth of knowledge. He accompanied us to many places in Athens, including the Acropolis as well as Corinth. Everyone was very personable, yet professional. We were made to feel safe and special all day and we will be using this company again and asking for Yiannis as our driver!

5.00We did the 4 day trip - Corinth, Nafplion, Olympia, Delphi, and Meteora. My husband is a slow walker with balance issues, having Parkinsonisms. Theodore decided to take us himself. He was so considerate to get the vehicle as close as possible so my husband didn't have to walk too far. He offered great places to eat. We had souvlaki on a skewer from a food truck that was outstanding! We wanted local food and we were never disappointed. There were stops in-between the major points of interest that we throughly enjoyed. The private guides were patient, knowledgeable, and maneuvered us around tour groups in the museums. We met a few of Exceptional's other drivers along the journey, and their clients thought their drivers were great as well. We would use Exceptional Tours Greece again and recommend to others.

5.00How to tell you just don't waste time and book this tour company without doing pages and pages of how they anticipated every wish we had. The conversation with our driver felt like he was family (Alex). The guides we had got us in and told us more than most professors would have been able to. The places we ate and stayed at were better than the places I would have picked. We all felt like we were special friends who were getting spoiled. I wish I had Theodore plan my entire time in Greece not just the two days. We will be using them again in the future for any trips we have in Greece.
