1.00I was on a Carnival cruise ship headed to Auckland, New Zealand. I had a 9:00am city tour booked through Viator for my husband & I and three of our friends. Fog delayed the ship landing until 10:30 or so. The captain had announced this at about 8am. (It was really foggy!) I texted the tour operator and he said that he would have to cancel..Viator said the same. i understand cancelling, but why no refund? I will never book with Viator again for a cruise. It is unacceptable not to refund your money when it was not our fault.
