3.00The tour guide was very kind and courteous, but he did not speak good English. I only understood about 20% of what he said. He would play a recorded message when we got to. Site. VERY disappointing. I have used via tour and every one of my trips. I don’t understand why you don’t vet your tour guide guides.

5.00This is a terrific tour to see parts of Aukland, NZ. We went to a dormant volcano Mt Eden, winter garden with the most beautiful plants and flowers. We learned about the early architecture. The tour was fascinating and Tony was a terrific guide. I recommend this tour for all ages!!

5.00I did not have a lot of time to be able to explore Auckland, so this tour was perfect to be able to squeeze in as much as possible in a short amount of time. If you only have limited time, I'd highly recommend this tour. Sam was lovely and I feel like I learned a lot about the city and country.

3.00It was not as advertised we thought it was truly going to be a city tour of Auckland with a lot of narration on history current events and economics, security etc. we were the only two our driver was very nice, but he spoke very limited English. He couldn’t answer a lot of of our questions and understand a lot that we. said there should be some kind of warning on there about how much walking and climbing there is going up to the top of the volcano. Harbor head also had a lot of walking and step climbing. I don’t think we were prepared for that. . I just thought we were going to hear more history about New Zealand. We’ve taken a lot of via Tour tours. This was definitely the least favorite.

5.00If you have little time, this was a very pleasant 3 hour tour. I liked the locations Sam showed us. I enjoyed the mild physical exertion of climbing hills for fantastic views, fresh air. Comfortable car with 4 other people I didn't know. It was perfectly paced, though I would have spent more time in the Winter Garden. The weather was nice, quite windy, but sunny and clear.
