The driver was extremely knowledgeable! He was also very kind and helpful. It was a remarkable trip thanks to him.

Easy to redeem voucher at one of two places in the city. Great way to get around and learn about a new city.

We had booked this tour from a list which was provided from our cruise. We were escorted to our bus given a map a small talk on where the bus would go and how the routes changed without getting of the bus. From that point this tour was absolute rubbish. We have travelled OS many times and always do the hop on hop off bus tour to see the sights and decide which particular stops we would get off at. There was no commentary. The bus driver didn’t stop at all the stops and changed routes without any notice. It was an absolute waste of time and money and I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Get on the local bus or uber to where you want to go. We learnt absolutely nothing about Auckland and its history. Extremely disappointing. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We took the yellow line was disappointed with the majority of the stops. The narration was lackluster at best, very little details compared with other cities we’ve visited and rode on hop on hop off. On one bus the sound was skipping a lot of the narration and making loud cracking sounds. No one onboard could use the system, we did inform the driver.

We always do a Hop on Hop off tour of every major city we visit. Our experience here in Auckland was of the high standard we’ve come to expect of this type of experience. The announcement s were over a speaker system so no need to wear earphones so long as you understand English.

beautiful walk of 2 hours, possibility to take many photos. tour that also takes us outside the city where monuments and parks are located. very good time spent admiring nature, the beach, small Polynesian type houses and the city center with a beautiful sunny day.

The bus is a good way to see around Auckland. They come regularly & the staff are very friendly & helpful. However, felt we didn’t get close to much & was rushed, and felt there was more to see. Our bus’ recording was also not working

You have to go to the Sky City Tower to exchange your voucher. I wish that had been listed in the booking. We had to ask several people before we got the correct directions. The summer tour is 2 hours and you see a lot of the city. Buses come every 30 minutes (there were only 4 running that day). There was adequate space for everyone. We enjoyed it. The narration was good.

We had no idea where we were going and when we would get back to the first stop. The staff had no idea and had to ask the passengers

We got on at the tower, which is part of the red circle. The two circles meet at the museum, we thought we had to change, but we didn't have to, because there it changed to the blue one, and finally back to the red one. You can see many parts of the city that you wouldn't normally get to.
