5.00Easy to catch. Not a lot of stops. We only had to wait once for the next bus, but that was because a cruise was in town. Got us to all the places we wanted, plus more. We did both the blue and red tours.

5.00The hop-on hop-off bus tour was awesome. The busses were comfortable and the narration was easy to hear. The bus driver was also very helpful. After this tour, I felt that we had a very good understanding of Auckland and it's layout. I would highly recommend this inexpensive tour to anyone coming to Auckland for their first time experience.

2.00Viator sold us a voucher with inadequate instructions on how to redeem. Gave us an address but didn’t say there was no location there. Only an agent standing on the street 10 minutes before the bus departed.

1.00My husband doesn't speak English and was told before boarding the bus that you should download the app so that you could hear the info in other languages via your smartphone and your own headphones. - No app can be found in the Playstore, the closed double-decker bus had no QR code to find for the app. The bus driver did not understand what I was asking about it when I asked him. Oh yes, I know English. So I listened to the information and my husband looked out the window. - By the way, the QR code can only be found in the open double-decker buses. There's not really a timetable. Every 30 minutes? Every 40 minutes? Or.....or....I can also take the public bus. No extra information comes from the bus driver. I know from other cities e.g. with BigBus much better!!

4.00Typical hop on hop off bus. Great way to see Auckland in 2 hours. No problem getting on the bus. Stops are far from each other, bus comes every 40 minutes. We very much enjoyed our journey!

2.00A great bus tour with few interesting stops. The bus does not return to Davonport which is very unfortunate. The 1-day tour is more than enough
