  Communication was poorly done. The email sent to me identified 1/23 customs st as the stop to catch the bus the only spot identified. im from Canada second day in the city. I’m 65 alone back problems… I walked around that address waited and never saw a bus. I sent an email to ask if I could use my ticket for another day like the next day and they refused… poor public relations!!!!!

  Good trip around Auckland. A little confusing, though. There are two routes that intersect at the museum. We got on a "red" bus and after the museum the narration said "you're now on the blue route". So staying on the bus meant you were doing both the red and blue. Not what we expected as it gave us a two hour trip instead of one hour. But we saw a lot more of the city that way so all's good.

  An absolutely must do experience when visiting Auckland. Our driver Shelby showed a true love for everything Kiwi and was exceptionally knowledged about NZ culture, history and the two places we had the pleasure of visiting. The Hobitton and Waitomo Caves are beyond stunning.

  Perfect way to get acquainted with the beautiful city of Auckland. The Explorer Bus was clean, comfortable and an audio recording was informative, sometimes even funny with goofy jokes. High five to Jody who helped us a couple times with directions and recommendations for food. Jody also suggested a hidden path at Bastion Point which led to the Mission Beach across the street.   Traveled around Auckland looking at and stopping at a few sites, weather wasn't great but still got valve out of the bus ride
