5.00We had an excellent tour guided by Wayne. The van was immaculate, our pickup was on time, and Wayne provided water and snacks. He stopped at clean coffee shops and restrooms along the way, and provided commentary as we drove to our destination. The mud and sulphur pools were smelly but intriguing. The Maori stop was interesting as far as the Haka performance and tour of the school, but our Maori group guide talked too long at each stop, so we were unable to visit the actual village. Wayne drove us back to Auckland through some beautiful countryside and gave some options for dining in Auckland. It was a great day!

5.00We loved the geothermal excursion what an amazing experience seeing the sulfur mist rising from the surface and the hot mud pits bubbling up the geyser went off when we got to the area. Watching the Mauori cultural song and dance. Our tour guide was Jamie he was knowledgeable and professional during our drive. The entire tour experience was pleasant we did not feel rushed whatsoever he stopped at appropriate times to allow us to stretch and take breaks which makes the trip very enjoyable!

5.00Day trip to Rotorua was excellent. The day was well paced and all of the sights were really enjoyable. Our tour guide (Jason) was friendly and knowledgeable about the locations. He made the day enjoyable. Time spent at each location was adequate and I didn't feel rushed. Great experience overall! Would recommend!

5.00Really enjoyed this trip. We had a driver who gave us a far balance of touring and resting, who was also genuinely interested in getting to know all of us by name. The geyser experiences, and kiwi house, were all a lot of fun. I wish there was some way to work a lunch time in there, but best to just be prepared with snacks. Good time had by all.

5.00David is a very knowledgeable tour guide. He took care of all the tourists onboard. His anecdotes kept all of us engaged throughout the tour. The tour was very well designed and balanced blending logically distanced stops. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.
