Come with us for your Aurora hunt for an amazing and ethical experience underneath the Aurora Borealis. Leave the light pollution in Tromsø behind and travel into the Arctic wilderness. During this tour, our small team of Aurora guides check the forecasts & use local knowledge to decide on the best place to chase the Northern Lights. When we find the best spot, we will dress in warm thermal suits and boots, make a cosy campfire, and enjoy a homemade meal.
You'll be shown how to use your camera, photograph the Aurora, and our guides will take photos of you, available for free in web-sized resolution after the tour.
During our time together in the wilderness, we will collect data for a citizen science project and help protect the Arctic nature through responsible tourism.
Enjoy our hot chocolate before being returned to Tromsø island to your hotel. Though there is never a guarantee of seeing this phenomenon, our experienced team will do their best every night of the season.

We were very lucky with the weather, that's a fact.. But we were also lucky with our amazing guides Isaac, Ellie, and Jacob, who were full of enthusiasm, passionate, and devoted ! They provided all the necessary information about auroras, and even more. Our staying by the campfire will be an unforgettable experience.

On a very cloudy night, the guides took us all the way to Finland to find us an opening and an amazing Northern Lights show. They were very friendly and professional.

Very legit trip. Read till the end! Magda tried her best and all the effort and professionalism shows. I wasn't confident that we can see a good showing of the Light due to the weather but eventually she brought us to a superb spot with minimal light pollution and weather fluctuation, and we ended up with absolutely amazing Auroras showing up under the starlit night dancing (literally) for us. I love astronomy and nature scene so her knowledge and professionalism really impresses me. 15/10 to Magda and her team really! Waiting for more picture from Magda before we post some here. So words will suffice for now.

This was a truly awesome experience! We were lucky to see the Northern Lights for 5 hours, but the trip was really made by our guides, Isaac, Ellie and Jordan, who were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about the area, the Northern Lights Lights and the local culture. I can’t believe we did it!

It was great . They drove us inside Finland to escape the cloud cover and we had a grand display of the lights . The soup was delicious and so were the cookies . Was -20C in Finland so be prepared! My toes were freezing so definitely need some toe warmers or something. I highly recommend this tour . 5/5

Wonderful tour with my family. The guides did a great job hunting the lights. It was a cloudy day but they checked online and talked with lots of people to coordinate and find the perfect viewing spot in Finland.
