I was so happy that this tour happened because I had several other cancel. While I appreciate them setting expectations that it was end of season, I still wanted the chance to see aurora- and we did! We drove around for hours and stopped at several cool places then finally saw them- and it was spectacular. The guide was great and took pics of all of us. He got to know every person and where we were all from. A great time . Highly recommend

Wonderful experience! This was the last weekend of the season and in fact another tour operator had cancelled our initial booking. I was happy to find Amazing Arctic Tours still running as advertised. Mansoor was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the locations to go, not only to see the Northern Lights but also different scenic spots to wait for daylight to fade. We were very fortunate to see one of the best displays, especially as it’s the end of the season. The photos Mansoor took and shared were also terrific!

Our guide Arman was super friendly and really kind. He was more than happy to take photos, and really made the tour. I was really impressed with the tour itself. I wasn't expecting to go to other places too, we stopped at the southern part of the island to check out the beaches, waterfalls, fjords, a sunset stop, a quick rest stop then onto this amazing fjord to see the northern lights. Arman even stopped when we seen a reindeer to go out and see it and take photos. We had a bonfire, hot squash, cakes and roasted marshmallows. The tour also included a photo or 2, which was great. And Arman even spent some time trying to help us with our phones to get the most out of the pictures. We had the best time and thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone! We got some great pictures and we're lucky enough to see the lights

The Northern Lights season is almost over due to increasing daylight (season runs from late Sept until mid Apr). The tour was adapted due to this reality and it was a beautiful experience. We were able to explore beautiful scenery and enjoy the almost midnight sun. The Northern Lights made their appereance very shy but yet enjoyable.

We were booked for a tour on the Monday but Mansoor called to say the forecast wasn’t good and suggested we rebook for the following night which was very good of him. On the Tuesday we were the only people on the tour and Mansoor made a great effort to stop off on the way to our final destination to show us Reindeer and some lovely view points. We were lucky to see the aurora and Mansoor helped us take some great photos and he took some fab ones of us as a family. He dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the tour which was much appreciated. Overall excellent tour and many thanks to Mansoor.

Good: the guide, Aram, did his best to find clear skies so we could see the Aurora. The cakes and tea/warm juice were excellent. When the aurora did appear he was quick to take pictures of everyone and prioritize the aurora over setting up camp/fire - which is the only reason we ended up with pictures. The thermal suits helped a lot with the cold, highly recommend. The guide is an excellent driver. Bad: We arrived to a location with many other groups, other mini-buses. it was a little busy, the guide still found us a corner to stand. It felt over crowded and organised, both our tour and location (didn't feel so personal even though it was a minibus). We got very cold because the fire was set up late (because the aurora showed up just when we arrived to the location and the guide was alone). There weren't places to sit. The portrait taking felt very commercial in the process. We tried to move our tour to another day (12 hours before) and the guide didn't let us - said it's like cancelling and you can only cancel 24 hours before - this is on us. Overall, it seems that Aram is the manager/guide/driver/photographer/everything in this company, at least for us. He did a great job. I am not sure I would spend my money on this again though.
