  Whilst a shocking place to visit in many ways, the gravity and scale of the atrocities has to be experienced to be believed. Natalya was our guide and clearly an incredibly knowledgable, extremely articulate guide and she really bought the trip together. Natalya was very happy to cover questions and share her knowledge and listening to work that still goes on behind the scenes to build up the knowledge and piece loose ends together was fascinating.

  Excellent trip. I booked the trip via Get Your Guide no problem. Turned up on time free your departure point It was a long day. Be prepared lots of steps and walking at Salt Mine and Auschwitzw. Our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable. Answered your questions. It was very busy. My advice visit Auschwitz beginning of your holiday, because you don’t want to be last thing you visit.

  I was not convinced and instead it was a really very interesting visit! The museum is fascinating and rich in history, with unique environments carved entirely into the salt. An amazing experience, which I highly recommend. Our guide was very good: she spoke excellent Italian, was prepared, nice and made the tour even more engaging. Don't miss it if you are in the vicinity of Krakow! Easy access from Krakow by train.

  I recommend this trip most highly. It was a very insightful and informative day. Both our driver Simon, and the Auschwitz guide were excellent: Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Simon was there to ensure the whole day ran very smoothly and it was reassuring to have him on hand to answer our queries and ensure we were in the right place at the right time. It was also great to be part of such a small group. Auschwitz - Birkenau was an indescribable experience. I am so glad we went and would recommend this to everyone

  Excellent trip, from the chap that picked us up, spot on time to the guide to spoke with so much compassion and empathy about the camps - truly humbling. The salt mines were absolutely magnificent - again I couldn’t fault it

  Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. It was an amazing experience. The trip through Krakowtrip.com was well organised and could not fault the communication. Special shout out to Daniel Kostrz our driver who was great throughout the whole trip. He was friendly and professional and tried to help with any queries we had. Would definitely use this tour company again!.

  The Driver, Daniel, was great! Very friendly and informative about the surrounding area. The plan for the day was also very clear. Both tour guides from Auschwitz-Birkenhau and the salt mines were very good. Overall just a great experience!

  Found these guys through Tripadvisor and Google. Great communication from the outset. Clear, precise costs and instructions. For both yours we were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable van - there were only the four of us plus the driver. Gregorz did the first trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau - very careful and steady driver who good conversation. When we arrived at the memorial he had all ticket and meeting arrangements in hand, helped onto a group tour and transported us between sites. Also provided a superb packed lunch (small extra charge) - met us after the final tour at Birkenau. Careful steady driver who back to the hotel. Journey time about 1.20 each way and about 4/5 for the combined tour. Second day same procedure with Slawek as the driver to the Salt Mines - all tickets and arrangements sorted in all respects - tour lasted about 2 hrs and w as fabulous. Safe and careful drive to and from the venue. Drivers took cash for both trips on the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and both drivers were absolutely brilliant. Very good trips and a must if you’re in Krakow and haven’t done them before.

  Professional and reliable tour. Booked based on reviews and was not disappointed. Transport was a well maintained, comfortable and modern vehicle. Tickets were given at point of entry by provider, who guided you every step of the way to entry. No delays, no stress. A couple of useful practical points from our experience: Time of collection was confirmed one day before, so no need to worry. Do send your mobile number through TripAdvisor. We opted for the bookable lunch bag that was good value, but you will have little time to eat between Auschwitz sites (a little early at approx 11 am for us). Suggest keeping aside non perishables for later. We had time before Salt Mines, and having snacks and water middle afternoon proved a good decision. Our trip was total walking steps of 15 - 16,000. Just to bear in mind, as the day could be physically quite long for some (it goes without saying, the day is emotionally draining). Salt mines has a lot of stairs down, but a lift returns you. The stairs are very good quality. Mostly large chambers but with some long corridors. Doing this trip without a door to door service would have taken a lot longer and not possible in one day. It is a long day, but (10.5 hours), but some time in the car to rest. I highly recommend this provider for seamless day.
