Your trip to Auschwitz will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment. The journey from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1,5 hour. Information about your pick up time you will get one day before the trip.

We had a booking made with Welcome in Cracow for Auschwitz-Bikenau on 24th Sept '25. Our first communication was with Bartek who was excellent in advising on all aspects of tour, pick up times & place, lunch choices, length of tour etc. Our driver Dorota was bang on time and an extremely safe driver. She had a very warm & welcoming manner. Our guide was Mateusz, he was excellent. Full of knowledge and passion. His English was excellent , clear & concise. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, not as in subject matter 😢 but the way in which the day was organised. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you all.

Jimmy was incredible on our private tour in Berlin! We appreciated the pictures he showed us along the way with their historical significance as well as what they look like now. We learned SO MUCH even though my husband and I are pretty well versed on WW2 history. Not only did he point out important sites, he did such a wonderful job that we literally returned the next day to said sites to visit them again as his narratives left a lasting impression. We wouldn't have been able to appreciate the places he took us without his extensive knowledge. This is definitely a must do!

This was an excellent tour! Our driver Kuba picked us up at our hotel and what a driver he was! He was very informative and kept us up to date with what was happening as the day went on even giving us recommendations for places to eat and drink (which we gladly took advantage of!) Our tour guide at Auschwitz was excellent, very knowledgeable. The communication prior to the trip was excellent, we were offered an option for a packed lunch on the day for an added fee, this was well worth the money. Great day from start to finish.

I had 48 hour available in Krakow and was responsible for arranging all of the details for a pilgrimage to Auschwitz for myself and my good friend between workshops we were teaching in Warsaw. I had spent months of private study and was walking into this powerful experience very raw. I knew that it would not be right to take a group bus and so contacted several companies about private transfer ( I purchased entry tickets directly from the memorial for the earliest english language guided tour). When I contacted Welcome in Cracow, Bartek responded back immediately with a very fair price and a positive reaction to all of requests. Can I have and english speaking driver, can you get me there in time for 8:30 entry, can you transfer us between the two camps if we do not want to take the bus with the group? We must have emailed back and forth 10 times with out any loss of interest and care on his part. The day of he sent Kristopher to pick us up and it was as if we were being transported my family member. Full attention was given to our comfort and he walked us to the door making sure we knew where bathrooms were and where the bus connection was and exactly what we should expect. I felt more than lucky, I felt blessed.

I would highly recommend, they arrived at our hotel early and it was a small mini bus with just 3 other couples so perfect if you prefer a smaller party.

Fantastic tour. Kubar the driver was very informative and helpful keeping us aware of where we were going and at what times we needed to meet. Aleksandra the tour guide also fantastic. Sad trip but a must do. It is all very respectfully done. Excellent price and service
