Auschwitz was established in 1940 It was the biggest Nazi concentration camp for Poles and prisoners from other countries. They were condemned by the hitlerite fascism to isolation and slow extermination by hunger, exhausting work, criminal experiments, or to a quick death as a result of individual and mass executions. A place definitely worth seeing.

Very well organised and informative tour, pick up was punchual and the small group was nice to do. As for the two sites I can only say that the enormous size of what went on need to be seen

Having been told to expect collection from our hotel between 6 and 8am, we were surprised that our driver didn't arrive until nearer 11am. The guided tour started at 12.30pm and it was more like a route march from the visitors centre around the Auschwitz camp and the component parts of the Holocaust memorial. Our guide, whilst being very knowledgeable rushed us around the exhibition despite me asking him to slow up as my husband was struggling to keep up with pace plus we were missing out on the commentary in the relevant areas because of this and were unable to read any of the information boards or just stand and reflect on the enormity of it all. I think it's important that the tour officials point out before booking that there is a huge amount of walking involved, perhaps consider offering golf buggy type transport for those less able to keep up, no disabled facilities offered at all. Disappointing overall especially considering the gravitas we felt during the whole experience.

Excellent tour and the guide was very good and knowledgeable. Lots of walking but worth it. It was freezing the day we went but it made you appreciate how awful it was for the poor people in the camps

Had an amazing time today visiting Auschwitz & Berkenau. Booked the tour as a package with hotel pick up, skip the line, tour guide and a packed lunch. We were picked up by the amazing knowledgeable driver Igor on time. He had messaged the previous day to confirm details and to order the packed lunch (sandwich/salad crisps, croissant, chocolate bar, apple, banana, water and juice) which was very good value for money (60 zloty). He dropped up to Auschwitz, gave us our tickets and waited with us until we had cleared security and met our tour guide. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable and kept us all engaged. Igor met us after the first part of the tour and took us to Berkenau, again waited around and then dropped us all back to our hotels (6 people in bus). Travel time was approx 1 hour 20 minutes. Bus was very clean and comfortable. Thank you we will definitely book this tour again and recommend to friends / family.

Very well managed visit by Tomasz. The early start was especially good because we were able to avoid the bigger crowds later in the day, and we were back in Krakow by early afternoon. A very humbling visit, and remembering all the people whose footsteps we trod in.

Konrad and Thomas were extremely incredible, especially with communication - so clear, console and fast to answer. The tour was moving and beautiful. Through this company, it’s so simple, and you avoid busy crowds. You’re at both the camps for about 3-4 hours and it’s well priced (you pay through this company). I couldn’t recommend this experience enough, it’s so important.
