It was a great day. My Auschwitz-Birkenau tour started at 7:05a.m. when my driver (Patryk) picked me up at my hotel on time. On the drive to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Patryk was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. Very awesome guy. Our tour guide was very, very knowledgeable about both camps and the history of the area. I can't remember her name but she was able great tour guide. Her walking pace was a bit fast but everything else about her was outstanding. A day I will never forget. To both my tour guide and driver, Patryk. Thank you for an amazing day. Sincerely, John AIRBORNE Romero.

I would not use this as there were some communication as to what I was getting opposed to what we actually got. This was not a VIP experience. I was picked up at 7am and was not provided a slot till 11:45. We did not get an English speaking guide as the only one available was at 1:30…Crazy I could have gone by myself and done better

I have used Viator before and never had a bad experience until now. We paid £282 for an English guided tour of Auschwitz, which we were told began at 9am. Once we arrived we had to queue for over 2 hrs in the heat, only to discover our entry tickets hadn’t even been purchased! We were then told there were no English guides available, and they could only offer a German or Italian speaking guide! Overall very disappointing service and we would not book through this operator again.
