Oskar picked us up at our AirBnB and drove us to the memorial. He was very professional, kind, and friendly and drove my family of 4 to the tour. When you arrive a small group tour is provided with headsets and you walk around the grounds where over a million people were killed by forced labor or gas chambers and incinerators. It’s very powerful and sad to be onsite and you gain a much deeper understanding of history. This is a must do if visiting the area.

We had a great experience with Oskar, he recomended the early tour which is less crowded . Auschwitz was not so suited for my 80 year old parents but we mannaged to do the first tour with the Auschwitz guide which was very proffesional . After which Oskar took care of lunch boxses and personaly took us with his car there and back.

We had a great tour with Damien. The starting time and location were communicated clearly. He was great to talk to and the transport went very smoothly. Damien was very accommodating and ended up dropping us off at the airport on our way back so we can catch our flight.

Overall tour was well planned and very informative. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us to time. One downfall is we had booked it for 9am pick up and were informed late afternoon the day before via WhatsApp that our pick up was now 5.50am!! And that there was no alternative time or trips that day so if we could not make it we would loose our money, this brought down our overall experience as it impacted our plans the previous day also

I was lucky to choose Oscars taxi from the AirPort… and i told him i was going to book Auschwitz to the next day… then he told me about the difficult booking process.. You could book months in advance and the museum can call the day before and cancel… But Oscar and he’s partner Damian got us two tickets! We are so grateful. Everything was great. D❤️

I initially found Oskar online and after reading all the glowing tour reviews I knew I had to book with him. I booked the private transport package with seperate tickets. I did not realize I was supposed to purchase my own tickets. 🤦🏻♀️ My booking was very last minute and I did not do my research. Long story short. Oskar contacted me immediately and when I explained I had no tickets and no plan he went out of his way to secure tickets for my family at a time (afternoon) that was best for us and in our home language (English). Oskar set everything up for us. He booked the transport and our tickets and secured our small group guide. We just had to walk out of our hotel at noon like a celebrity and we were greeted with an excellent driver (Kristof) who held our hand through the entire process. It was the most stress free day for my family of four. Oskar was not able to drive us but he did meet up with us to ensure all went well!! I HIGHLY recommend his service !! 10/10!!! Thank you so much Oskar! Great communication! Great service! Friendly! Reliable! Trustworthy!!

The museum was very good and also worth seeing before going to Birkenau. The driver was really great. Unfortunately, we are not good at English. He gave us German materials where we could read everything again. We were picked up separately from our location, which was not specified. Great effort from Damian!!!! 💪🏼 The tour led by the young woman was also very good. She answered questions and was attentive to everyone. She presented everything well but spoke very quickly. But it was also an English tour. What we could not understand there was clarified by Damian's reading.

The trip was booked with Oskar who made all the arrangements. He collected us from our hotel in Krakow, providing a private transfer to Auschwitz- Birkenau, where our tickets were waiting for a small group tour of Auschwitz. After the tour, he took us to the second part of the tour at Birkenau. At the end of the tour we were transported back to our hotel in Krakow. Water is provided in the car and the possibility of a lunch box if desired. Oskar was very personable, professional and an excellent host fur the trip. Thanks for a great day!

This was my first time in Poland and we were staying in Krakow. I had done a lot of research. Even still, there were still a lot of unknowns. I decided to work with Oskar because he simplified the process for me. He booked and reserved our tickets at the time we wanted. He picked us up from our hotel and ensured that we knew where to go and what to do so there was no confusion. I saw a lot of other tourists who looked a little loss in the process and there were a lot of people. Oskar was great. He was always there when we were done and drove us back to our hotel. His vehicle was very clean and plush. Highly recommend! Very Nice and Reliable.
