I actually reserved 2 activities with this bike shop. We took the Let it Ride guided tour, then I rented an e-bike for the day and just rode around Austin. The tour was nice. It really stayed close to the Colorado River and Barton Springs trail systems but popped into downtown and SoCo so you got a good overall feel of Austin. The tour guide made it easy and you were never on the bike for more than 15-20 min without a break. The next day I rented an e-bike for the day and explored Austin on my own. Shortly after I picked up the bike had an issue with it so they swapped it out with no delay and I was on my way. You could use one of the MANY e-scooters available in Austin but I prefer the bike. Austin is a VERY bike friendly city. I ride about 30 miles and never had problems finding bike lanes or trails. On the e-bike you can ride around Lady Bird lake, through the city, and to the various neighborhoods and campuses around austin. It was much cheaper than a ride share and more fun. They include a bike kick so you can stop for lunch, beers, or shopping without worry that the bike will be stolen. If you like fresh air and a little exercise on vacation, I recommend this bike shop!

We had a great tour with Jordan. Sunset timing was perfect for several amazing pictures around the town. We ended the tour at the bridge so we could watch the bats. This is a must do activity while visiting Austin. I would also recommend for locals as well.

The tour guide Peter was extremely knowledgeable about Austin and bike safety. The bikes were in excellent condition and fun to ride. They only thing I did not like was that there were novice riders in the group who did not follow direction resulting in riding very slowly, so much that we had to skip parts of the tour to get back in time.
