It’s a great time weather you are going solo or with a group, you will make great conversation with the other people in the class! The instructor was so entertaining and great at explaining every step of the process, and I feel confident I could go home a recreate the dishes I made here!

One of our favorite things we did while in Salzburg. So fun and so delicious!! The goulash lunch with phenomenal. The desserts were perfection. Fun location. Instructors were so nice. Would be perfect for a hot summer day because it’s nice and cool inside.

Not happy at all. This class was advertised as a “limited to just five people” - there FIFTEEN or three times as many that was advertised. We would NOT have opted to pay $95.85 per person for basically a demo with almost no hands on teaching. Food was served as advertised but I attended another strudel demo in Vienna that charged 19.90 EU with a guest invited to participate with pastry chef and was served strudel and coffee/mineral water. This was not AS ADVERTISED and I feel my daughter and I should receive a full or at the very least a partial refund

It was the perfect amount of time for the class. We got to make two dishes and enjoyed those after our goulash lunch. We were a group of about 15 and everyone was easygoing and friendly. I really thought the instructor was fantastic. Jimmy had a great sense of humour and reminded us that it was not imperative to do everything exactly as he had shown us. Some instructors get frustrated if students things aren’t done exactly the same way. The woman who was assisting was not very pleasant, and almost seemed annoyed. I don’t think she smiled once. Several of us spoke about this during the class, so obviously others picked up on it too. I wouldn’t let this deter you from booking this class, but it would have been nice if she’d been more pleasant.

Very fun activity. You are given very thorough instructions with tasty results. The lunch provided was excellent. Great timing right after the Sound of Music tour which ends right across the river.

First event we did in Salzburg, so a wonderful introduction to the city and region. The hosts made things easy and fun for all the guests with friendly and clear guidance on making apple strudel in a literal cave in the Salzburg cliffside. End result was delicious, and who doesn't want to eat their own dessert?! Highly recommend if you visit Salzburg!

This cooking class was so much fun. Learned much information to properly be able to reproduce these great cooking results in my home country. Looking forward to applying the techniques in my own kitchen.
