A wonderful experience all round!! I booked this for my husbands 60th birthday! A must do if you are holidaying in the Salzburg area!! The instruction was clear and precise. We made Apple Strudrl and Nockerel and feel competent to make them at home. A stunning setting beneath built into the hillside… like a cave inside. Met other fellow travellers also enjoying the experience. A memorable activity !!

Good learning experience and a good pace. Hosts were very nice and patient. Great for a rainy day (and Salzburg seems to have many!)

We took our family, which included 2 children (6 and 8). We made apple strudel and salzburger nockerl. While food was baking we had a gulash soup luncheon. The instructors were very informative and helpful. The class was all hands on which made this a great experience.

We enjoyed the experience and were surprised how good the strudel was, considering we made it. The instructor was easy to understand and was very receptive to questions. The lunch was a simple goulash soup that was very tasty but don't count on it being sufficient if you waited until breakfast. The only comment that I have for improvement is that they should think about including a glass of wine or beer instead of charging 5 euro for it. They could charge more if need be.

The class was a great experience. The chef and his assistant were well organized and did an excellent job of teaching the recipes. The class was set up so that even novice bakers could create delicious products.
