This Viatour company is very, very expensive! We were late getting to our tour, which was our fault of a combination of inaccuracy of Google Maps and my recovering from chemo (not being able to walk as fast as needed). The company called and asked where we were, which we appreciated but alas we missed the tour. The company did offer to rebook us however, the rebooking fee was ridiculous! $20 per person! The tour itself was OK. We had a wonderful, wonderful driver who was very nice, knowledgable and entertaining. The houses were all behind trees and walls, which makes sense for the privacy but the description of the situation should be pointed out. The bus did have video of drone views of the property, as we drove by the trees and gated driveways. I do wish this had been explained in the description. We will be looking more closely at competitors that have given us better experiences: Get Your Guide and Tours By Locals. More expensive but if you are spending the money to see something, they are better options. We did appreciate David, our driver. We are experienced travelers and rarely have such disappointing experiences so the combination of our mistakes with the lack of description of the tour and the expense of the company are 2 out of 3 things that lowered our rating,

Overall great experience and good way to see the highlights of Hollywood/Beverly Hills - filled with fun touristy movie and celebrity info. Tour guide Jose very nice and eager for us to enjoy our tour. Van seats 9 ppl total - seating is based upon check-in time (i.e., first to check in gets to pick seat first). If you’re looking for a air conditioned ride to orient yourself, hear some fun facts, see some of the sites, take some pics, and say you’ve seen some touristy places, this is an easy three-hour tour. For our family of four, it was worth the money to have someone drive us and not to have to find parking or deal with the traffic, narrow roads or congested area so we could all look around with ease.
Experience LA in a short time! And be entertained.

This is a great way to experience LA in a short time. Our tour guide was absolutely entertaining and kept us engaged. We saw many sights. Tour guide took great photos of us in spot on places.

The tour was just right! Mario gave us the lowdown on so many sights, was super patient with the traffic, took great pictures for us, and even gave my teen son some inside info on GTA’s use of many of LA’s known and unknown areas. The three hours was perfect with a couple of opportunities to get out and stretch, and the secret spot for the Hollywood sign was a winner for sure! We passed the crowded spot the other tourists were at, and no thank you. Highly recommend this trip and our guide, Mario! Pro tips: 1) designate a person each to sit at the window on both sides of the van and take photos for the whole group. 2) make sure phones used for pics are fully charged/you bring a portable charger along.

We had so much fun with Justin as our tour guide! We saw all the key spots we wanted to see and Justin made the trip fantastic!! The weather was beautiful, Los Angeles did not disappoint.

It was a good tour, I needed to kill some time and I think it was worth the price for the Hollywood sign pictures. I’m not a big celebrity person but it was cool to see a few cool houses. Would have been cool to get a photo of the capitol records building, but it was just a quick drive by.
