Very warm welcome from Cesarine and Frederico. Pleasant visit to the garden; the accelerated cooking class (making ravioli) was greatly appreciated. The tasting of the antipasti (cured meats, cheeses, and especially the homemade focaccia) and the ravioli we had already cooked remains a very pleasant memory. Thank you, Cesarine and Frederico.

We were welcomed at the home of the bubbly Cesarina, Simona Amelia. Family welcome! We found an excellent appetizer, well-prepared and delightful, made by the skilled hands of our "Cesarina." Focaccia, giardiniera, pumpkin and ginger jam, ... excellent cold cuts and cheeses. All enjoyed while our ravioli dough rested.... Between chatting and other things... we prepared the dough. Rolled out the pasta, and prepared the filling. And finally, assembled our ravioli. It was a beautiful experience. Thanks to the warm welcome from Simona and her son. Highly recommended!!!
