Chef Vicky and her sous chef CG were amazing. My family and I really enjoyed learning from both of them, cooking in a Brazilian apartment and tasting different dishes. The whole experience was delightful.

Chef Vicky was great and super knowledgeable! It was a pleasure listening to her stories about Sao Paolo while teaching us cooking recipes. Truly a gem and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Chef Vicky hosted such a welcoming and personal experience! We chose to make Seafood Moqueca and can’t wait to recreate it at home as a way to remember our trip for a lifetime. She shares the origin and history of the dishes and ingredients in a unique way to learn about Brazil’s culture. I wish we had time to learn another dish!

Chef Vicky was very hospitable. It was a little trek to get to her location but was well worth it. Not only did she teach us how to prepare a traditional Brazilian dish and cocktail, she also delved into the history of the Portuguese occupation of Brazil and why Brazilian Portuguese is different from the language spoken in Portugal. After a nice meal with her, which she wrapped up with coffee and a small dessert, she helped us summon a ride as my WiFi connection was suboptimal. I believe I can recreate the dishes and am glad to have taken the lesson!
