Tareq Rajab Museum
The Tareq Rajab Museum is one of Kuwait’s most important private museums, established in 1980. It houses a remarkable collection of Islamic art spanning over 250 years, including rare Qurans, manuscripts, ceramics, jewelry, traditional costumes, musical instruments, and historic photographs that reflect the cultural heritage of Kuwait and the wider Islamic world. With its traditional design and peaceful atmosphere, the museum offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore the beauty and diversity of Islamic arts.
Kuwait Towers
The Kuwait Towers are one of the country’s most iconic landmarks and a symbol of modern Kuwait. Officially opened in 1979, the towers are located on the Arabian Gulf coast and consist of three distinctive structures. The main tower features two spheres: the lower sphere houses a restaurant, café, and events hall, while the upper sphere revolves 360° to offer breathtaking panoramic views of Kuwait City and the Gulf. Combining modern design with Islamic architectural elements, the Kuwait Towers are a must-visit attraction.
