5.00Our excursion in Raiatea was the absolute highlight of our trip to French Polynesia! The authentic Polynesian experience was amazing. Our tour guide, Arii, was the best—so friendly and funny. He and his team provided us with a delicious lunch, an entertaining coconut show, and great snorkeling spots. This was easily the best excursion we did in French Polynesia!

5.00Absolutely fantastic way to spend the day in French Polynesia ! Tarzan entertained us all day with his humor, ukulele playing, singing and showing us the sites of his homeland. We visited the vanilla farm, rum factory, pearl farm, and enjoyed snorkeling in the coral drift!! We were treated to a beautiful Polynesian lunch on a private motu where you could snorkel with the black tip sharks! We learned about coconuts and found out how to climb a coconut tree!!

Tourtarzan was amazing and very fun. He had us laughing the whole time. The tour had a lot to do but never felt rushed.

5.00Fun stops at a vanilla farm, rum distillery, and pearl farm. They were interesting without high pressure sales. We don’t drink alcohol but the distillery was still fun and we found other products there we enjoy. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend water shoes. Makes the coral garden easier.

5.00This tour was beyond my expectations. Our guide Tere (aka Tarzan) was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny. He can also sing, play the ukulele and climb a coconut tree! We visited a vanilla farm, snorkelled in a coral garden, then visited a pearl farm and finally had a delicious lunch on a motu. 5-6 boats from same company came together for the lunch part and our guides put on such a nice show with music, dance, fun, athletics and of course coconut demonstration. Local fashion (or lack of coverage!) added to the fun. Our guides genuinely seemed to be having as much fun as the the tourists! A big thank you to AREtours which made Raiatea one of the best stops on our polynesian trip.
