If you want to discover, taste and learn how to make typical recipes of Sicilian and Italian cuisine, then this is the right experience for you!

I will make you discover and love making fresh pasta. We will make one filled pasta recipe and two simple ones together! You will learn to cook these typical pasta dishes from my land!! We will cook together and they will taste the prepared pasta, seasoned with a typical Sicilian sauce. After preparing and cooking we will sit in the garden to enjoy our dishes.

What To Expect

They will learn to make fresh pasta, cook the accompanying sauces and pasta and finally taste everything. They will find a welcome aperitif to welcome them. They will always have fresh water, fruit juice and coffee available.

What a great day with Francesca. She taught us pastas. She taught us sauces. We had plenty of leftovers, thank goodness. She treated us like family and took care of us even after our class 🙏🏼. I hope she comes to me one day so I can return the hospitality she gave us. Grazie Francesca!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! It ended up being a private class for us, which was great. Francesca is very passionate about cooking and is an excellent teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our cooking questions. She made us feel apart of her family!

Francesca was an amazing hostess, teacher, and cook. We were two separate groups of people in her class, and she did a great job of creating a collaborative environment. The food was just incredible, and I really that making all the recipes at home is quite doable. I highly recommend Francesca’s class.

Francesca gave us an excellent experience while ensuring we could have a great time with a large group of friends. She kept us on task when needed but was flexible with our group as we kept the drinks flowing on our own. We made plenty of pasta and had leftovers for later. Highly recommend!

The cooking class with Francesca was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. My college aged daughter and I spent the morning with Francesca making three types of pasta. Francesca is highly knowledgeable and her love for cooking and Sicilian food shines through her instruction. She speaks English as well as a native speaker. Her kitchen and is spacious and very well equipped for the lesson. The experience was fun, relaxing, and instructive. We are excited to make the pastas at home for our family! Thank you Francesca!
