1.00I was notified that the tour was canceled at 8:30 the previous night. They said it could not be done because some places would be closed the following day and therefore not open to visitors. I actually went on my own with the bus the next day and it was all open and open to visit. Really unprofessional. I'm waiting for the refund.

Vehicle not road worthy.

2.00Ines our tour guide was very good. However, the vehicle that was given to us by the company was old and had a problem.The tire threads were worn That is why we had a flat tire on the way.And I think that it is not roadworthy. The time we waited for the tow truck to fix the flat tire cost us to miss our visit to Avila.. For the price that we paid. They should’ve made sure of the vehicle was roadworthy.
