Great tour. George was great. He was very informative and had the hard task of explaining both in English and Spanish. Definitely would recommend this tour. Also Franklin was a great driver

Our guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make everyone safe and included. He was difficult to understand in English, but he was outstanding in Spanish. Avila & Segovia were both great places to visit.

The location of madrid Julia travels the pick up point, is far from metro, far from Central station. Took Uber but traffic was horrible. Was running five minutes late, begged the lady at the site to hold on five minutes which she refused. Misdirected me to Plaza Oriente instead where the bus starts. Ran to lower level and there was no bus. Missed my trip and Viator ate my money 😡😡

Both places are so beautiful and so much history that it is amazing. The wall in Avila and the castle in Segovia are a most see. I am glad I bought this amazing tour through viator. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Avila Tour was cancelled on the day of the tour due to less capacity. It was understandable but Viator continued to charge me! wow. Frustrating and I could not reach out to them to complain to remove the charge. the tour was supposed to be Nov 9 and my credit card charge still exists. No one can help either.
