What To Expect
Crumlin Road Gaol
Crumlin road Gaol is notorious for housing IRA,UVF,UFF,INLA prisoners over 30 years of conflict.Built in the 1800s and a hanging jail it was attacked by a loyalist RPG rocket during the 90s and has many tails of escapes.
Shankill Road
The heart of loyalism and birth place of the UVF and UDA.This road dates back to 455AD so steeped in British history. Your guide will travel the narrow street and let you get out and take photos of the famous bonfires and murals that tell the history and express the culture of the Protestant people.

5.00This tour is worth the money! Ricky was amazing. As a proper Irish historian and someone with lived experience, we left with a much deeper understanding of the city and of the effect of the British presence in Ireland over the last 800 years. This was the highlight of our whole trip.

5.00We had an amazing experience on the Belfast Black Cab Tour. It was incredibly insightful to learn about the history of the Troubles and how it shaped the city of Belfast. The tour provided a deep understanding of the city's past and present, and helped us see things from a local perspective. Our tour guide, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humour that made the tour both enjoyable and meaningful. He answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, and explained the complex history in a way that was easy to follow and really thought-provoking.

1.00They never showed up. We stood in the cold for 45 minutes waiting and messaging them. No response until after we managed to find a phone number for Viator and they called them directly. They said the tour operator had us down for the wrong date. As a result, we had to scramble to find a different tour with a different company. And due to the wasted time in our schedule, there were several things we didn’t get to see that we were really looking forward to later that day on the coast. So infuriating and unprofessional!
