The tour operator failed to show for a paid for and confirmed tour at our appointment day and time. Despite the fact that I have an email confirmation and tickets that were sent to me the night before, and my credit card was charged, the company has refused to refund our tour and instead claimed no such booking existed.

I consider this tour, one of the most important experiences of my trip. I learned so much about Belfast and the situation in which Belfast and Ireland still finds themselves. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable from both his personal experience and studies in history and art. I would recommend this tour highly.

This tour was a great enlightening experience, where you get a perspective of history and real life lived experience alongside it. Our guide Gerard had a significant amount to share, some old photos, lived stories and experiences over the past decades as well as a view of the future.

Our taxi driver was very knowledgeable and give the perspective from both sides, the area is very itself is smaller than you think. Have an open mind as the area has completely changed it’s all new house’s so you have to maybe use some imagination. Very good tour.
