5.00We had an amazing day at Ba Na Hill - Golden Bridge Tour, which was just one of the many tours we booked through Halong Tours Booking, as part of our 13 day Vietnam Tour and a further 7 days in Cambodia. The whole tour was amazing and everything was thought of, right down to special towel art with roses on our beds for our anniversaries. Everything worked like clockwork, right down to transport picking us up from airports (for internal and international flights) and bus transfers. Many of our meals were included and were in amazing restaurants. Tammy from Halong Tours Booking thought of everything and helped with all aspects of the tour, including visas, flexible options for changing the individual tours to suit our group. We were even met by Tammy on our first day and she ran through our itinerary, providing further details of timetables etc. We can’t thank Tammy enough and our trip was amazing, in part to the organisational skills of Tammy and her company. 5.00We had Halong Tours Booking organise several tours, attractions and internal flights for us and all of them went smoothly. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with, always responsive and attentive to any questions we had or mid-trip additions we thought of. I would highly recommend using this company, they allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip without having to worry about any travel details. Our guide to Ba Na Hills was very friendly and informative and helped us navigate some of the crowded areas so we were able to see all that was on offer. They also had good suggestions that added to our trip without pressure to upsell anything.

Alice has been amazing in organising everything for us but she came into an unexpected typhoon and had to reorganise so many tours etc but all done with so much efficiency. We can’t thank Alice enough for all her hard work we will be booking with Halong Bay Tours in the future.

5.00The views and especially the gardens were out of this world. the park has many entertainment options either playing video game styles or just enjoying the carnival atmosphere of singing and shows. the buffet lunch included included many food options and had something for everyone.
