5.00We got incredibly lucky with our tour guide, Ly — she was amazing and so knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. Pickup was right on time in a comfortable private vehicle that took us to Ba Na Hills and back. Without her, we definitely would’ve been lost! She also recommended the fast pass (about $10 extra and totally optional), but it ended up being SO worth it with how many tourists were there. Ly planned and timed everything perfectly so we could see all the major sights without feeling rushed, and she even customized the itinerary for us. For example, we wanted to skip the amusement park, and she adjusted the schedule with no problem. I highly, highly recommend this tour — and especially Ly. Thank you, Ly, for an unforgettable experience that will stay in our hearts forever.

5.00This was an amazing event Our tour guide was funny, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this trip. They picked us up on time, provided interesting facts along the way and kept the tour moving. I recommend getting the Express Pass. It made a huge difference.

5.00Ba Na Hills in Da Nang is a must-visit destination, especially for families. The cable car ride more than 20 mins ride to the top offers stunning mountain and forest views & small Jerri falls , making the journey as enjoyable as the destination. At the summit, the amusement park provides plenty of fun attractions and games that children will enjoy. The Golden Bridge and French Village add great photo spots and a unique atmosphere. In the afternoon, the Indian lunch buffet is convenient with good vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, making it comfortable for Indian travelers. Overall, a memorable day trip with beautiful scenery, family-friendly activities, and satisfying food choices.

5.00This is an excellent tour. The price was very reasonable. A lot less than the equivalent tour from our ship. Our guide Lyn was exceptional. Her English was very good. Her knowledge of her city and environs was good. She suggested we pay for the Wow ticket to bypass the queues at the Ba Na Hills. It was worth it. The timing of the tour suited our needs.

5.00Had a good experience with Alex as our tour guide. He was patient and showed around all the places we had in mind. This place is worth the visit as there is a little something for all ages. Highly recommended for families. A lot of walking to do so do wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

5.00It was a heavily rainy day but our guide Thanh reached our hotel before time and immediately made a friendly connect with us. The weather wasn't supportive but our guide Thanh was. She made sure we had the best experience even in such a bad weather. We enjoyed our time all because of Thanh and her great hospitality. The car was very comfortable too. We loved the trip. Strongly Recommended!
