5.00This trip was organised by our Travel Agent. Our tour guide Trang was exceptional in providing us the best experience of this well known sight seeing on the list to go to. Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest with the constant downpour & it was misty & overcast, we still enjoyed the day. We got to talk to Trang about Vietnam & her life living in Vietnam; the culture & differences between Vietnam & Australia. Trang picked us up at our hotel at 9am & we got back at about 4.30pm. We got personalised exceptional service & we all enjoyed meeting her, being so comfortable & spending the day with her; taking us around Ba Na Hills with her knowledge & the warmth of her friendliness. Thanks Trang for being such a great tour guide.

5.00Giang was the highlight of our day at Ba Na Hills. She’s funny, smart, and incredibly sweet — we felt so well taken care of the entire time. Ba Na Hills can feel like a maze, with so many little paths and levels, but Giang always knew the best shortcuts. We never had to worry about getting lost or wasting time in lines. She also helped us take so many great photos (and knew all the good angles!). Beyond being organized, she was just a joy to be around — we laughed the whole day. We genuinely loved spending time with her and were so happy to have her as our guide. I would 100% recommend booking Giang if you’re visiting Ba Na Hills. You’ll see more, stress less, and have way more fun. 💛

5.00It was day well spent. Ian was helpful and friendly. He explained history and significance of the place. Assisted us all along as the Ba Na hills was large and can be overwhelming, if you lose a step. Our family enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Ian. Would definitely recommend him for a private tour or a group tour.

5.00Our fantastic tour guide miss banana and our driver picked us up directly from where we arranged and was on time. We couldn't have got a better guide, miss bananas English was really good and she was full of so much information about everything we saw. At every point she gave us stories and facts about it all and gave us enough time at every stop to make sure we was never rushed but also made she was saw everything! 10/10 5*!!!

5.00Our guide Ian looked after my family very well. The weather was bad with lots of rain and Ian was able to guide us to indoor sections and avoid the worst of it when needed. He also gave great advice on avoiding queues and taking short cuts, which saved us at least a couple of hours of frustration.

5.00The only thing that spoilt this trip was the weather Ai our tour guide was a delight. Prompt collection from the hotel , good quality car and Ai was very informative about the local history and location BA Na Hill is a must and I recommend purchasing the “fast pass” wow save loads of times in the queues The experience would have multiplied by 1000 if we could see properly, cloud cover was low so it seemed you were walking in fog All in all still an enjoyable day and try and get Ai as your tour guy as she’s a bubbly individual who gets you around no messing
