    Ian was a fantastic tour guide. he was on time, friendly, professional and had a deep knowledge of the national and local history and culture, past and present of Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding districts. Ian has a wonderful sense of humour, very engaging and personable and answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to visit, what to see on our next trip to Vietnam. he even gave us tips on the best local eateries and foods to try. Buffet lunch was delicious and catered to a huge variety of tastes. The tour itself was amazing. Ba Na Hills, the gold bridge, temples, pagodas and rose garden were breath taking. A must see! We loved the whole tour. thank you! Highly recommended!

    This was our honeymoon vacation to Vietnam and Cambodia and this private trip to Ba Na Hills was an awesome experience. Miss Hannah was our tour guide for the day. She was absolutely the best; very sincere, knowledgable, poile and friendly. She warned us about the foggy weather at Ba Na Hills and herself arranged raincoats for us beforehand. We were taken to the Marble Palace first (before going to Ba Na), then in Ba Na Hills very efficiently she took us to the places, right place at right time because the weather was a bit rainy that day. She took great photos of us at all places. And then the lunch buffet was just awesome, there were hundreds of items in that buffet and all were super delicious. Then we completed the rest of the location with her and ended with beer! Overall a greatly memorable experience and I highly recommend it.
