  • Fantastic tour and guides!

Thò was a fantastic tour guide! She took time to explain a lot about the history and culture of central Vietnam, while also making everyone on the tour feel safe and supported, even in challenging (rainy and foggy) weather conditions. She made the tour incredible for us, but nonetheless the trip to the waterfall, through the jungle, and to the peak of the mountain was 100% worth it! Great value for money!

Your company did not get in contact with me- I had to find their number and message on WhatsApp. I thought the tour was average- the guides treated us like children and were unorganized. The food was also quite bad for lunch. I would go with a different tour company next time, but did appreciate that they picked me up at my hotel outside of the city center

The whole tour was amazing. I mean if you take any tour will be fabulous, but because of the guide, a lovely girl named Thuan (I guess, I can’t remember names), this one was special.

An ideal trip for small groups. Myself and 2 friends of mine did this tour recently, and let me just say that we were not disappointed! The national park is stunning, and certainly an underrated gem tucked off the beaten track in the heart of Việt Nam. Our guide Thuỷ was amazing too, and really helped to make the trip that much better with her personable & bubbly demeanour, approachability, self-evident passion, in depth knowledge and relaxed attitude about running a bit behind schedule. I think we all agreed in our group that in the best way possible, this trip was also the least touristy escapade that any of us had been on since arriving in the country. The itinerary is faultless. As well as the main attractions - Cau Hai Lagoon (Southeast Asia's largest!), the 5 Lakes (***don't forget your swimsuit like me***), Do Quyen waterfall & the summit of Bach Ma Peak; we visited the Park museum and wildlife rehab centre, the park's pagoda, civil war era tunnels and a former U.S/South Vietnamese helipad landing zone. While we were even treated to a few added extras with an impromptu meditation session & Vietnamese lesson from our guide! Both the standard and vegetarian options for our waterfall picnic were delectable. Fair to say that this experience managed to exceed my already high expectations for the beautiful Bach Ma. So definitely a day well spent, and a must-do excursion after the Imperial City if you're lucky enough to be in Huế =)

We did this trip as a family with our 2 teenagers and we all really enjoyed it. Thuan was a brilliant guide - she was friendly, cheerful and confident, she made sure everyone was safe and comfortable, and she shared lots of knowledge about the plants and the cicadas! The first part of the trail involved some excellent scrambling/clambering but all very manageable and safe. I was worried that it would be too hot/humid but it is cooler up in the hills. The swimming was lovely too. We were given dry packs to carry our things, and plenty of water, good picnic lunches and very useful ponchos (it rained a lot near the end of the day, bring dry socks to wear in the vehicle coming home!). Highly recommended 👍
