5.00I booked this sunrise beach horse ride at the very last minute—just the night before—and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Within an hour of booking, Agus reached out to me on WhatsApp to confirm everything and arrange my pickup for the next morning. He showed up early, reassured me to take my time, and we set off right on schedule. It ended up being just me on this tour, which made it feel even more personal. Since I had already visited some of the usual add-on stops, Agus kindly suggested we visit Kanto Lampo and Tibumana Waterfalls instead. On the way, we paused for a coffee break, which made the morning feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. Agus is such a kind and patient guide—we shared stories, laughs, and he captured some wonderful photos and videos for me. What started as simply a sunrise horseback ride turned into a truly special morning, one I’ll never forget. Agus went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and happy the entire time. I can’t recommend this tour operator, and Agus in particular, enough. Thank you, Agus—I wish you all the best, and I hope our paths cross again when I return to Bali!
