5.00We had the most amazing experience with our tour guide and driver in Bali Trisna, and we truly cannot recommend him enough. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. He never rushed us, waited for us whenever we needed more time, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing insights about the places we visited and the culture, which made the experiences even more meaningful. What really stood out was how much he genuinely took care of us — on multiple occasions when we didn’t have cash on hand, he kindly paid for us and helped us out without hesitation. That level of care and thoughtfulness made us feel so safe and supported. He was not only a great and confident driver, but also very personable, easy to chat with, and genuinely likable. The conversations flowed so naturally, and it felt like we were traveling with a friend rather than just a guide. We had him as our guide for two experiences — the Heaven’s Gate Instagrammable Experience and the Tanah Lot Sunset Tour — and both days were absolutely incredible because of him. He truly elevated the entire experience. If you’re visiting Bali and want a guide who is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and an all-around amazing human being, we 100% recommend him. We are so grateful to have had Trisna as our tour guide.

5.00Vicky was our tour guide for the Tana Lot Temple where we saw the most amazing sunset. He was very friendly and courteous. He knew alot about Bali and gave us very interesting information. He also gave us complementary sweets and water which was a lovely touch. He was very kind and took a lot of photos of us during our trip. He even carried our backpack. Overall we had a great experience with Vicky and highly recommend him.
