What To Expect
Mexico City
4:20-4:50am -We will pick you up at your Hotel in the CDMX to head to the magical town of Teotihuacan, where our balloon port is located. (pickup time may vary depending on weather and logistics)
Tlatoani tours
5:45am - We will be arriving at the takeoff area where we will welcome you with a coffee bar and cookies. 6:10am - We will take off in the hot air balloon where we will fly 30 to 50 minutes up to 10,000ft high over the archaeological zone of Teotihuacan. 7:30am - Upon landing the traditional ceremony will be held, where they will make a toast with the pilot and present their flight certificates.

5.00Was a great experience! Aside from having to get up really early it was worth the memories we made. Hosts were all very welcoming and views from the hot air balloon were awesome! I did purchase the drone pics and videos but never received the link. I did get to see the pics so that would’ve been great to get them. I was able to dispute the charge and got my money back. Other people in the group did get theirs. Tried reaching out but didn’t get any response. Breakfast in the cave was also very good and a cool experience. Onsite at the pyramids was also very interesting with great photo ops! Would definitely recommend!!

4.00The experience ES beautiful, make sure the weather as it can be cold and also the weather so that they can go when the view is clear and there is NO much mist, as it can also cause cancellation of the flight. Very attentive and friendly staff. In addition, I recommend the all inclusive package so they NO concern POR issues DE transfers, food, etc.

5.00Our first time on a hot air balloon and it was magical. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The only negative is it took over 2 hours to get dropped back off at hotel in Mexico City but that’s just due to traffic - not vendor problem. Highly recommend.

5.00Absolutely magical highlight of our trip. Very professionally managed. Very safe. Pickup at our hotel was flawless. Our balloon pilot was excellent. I did a balloon tour once in Dubai and this was 10x better. The basket was also very comfortable. And we even met a famous Mexican rock star!!
