We took the gondola to the top, walked around the boardwalk - boardwalk has great spots to take photos of the town and the observation deck is also pretty amazing and overall the boardwalk or observation deck is great for sunset photos. Great views and good spot for family visits - boardwalk is reasonable - has a few stairs, but a good spot for beautiful views. Takes about 1.5-2hrs at the spot if you stop and take photos. Tickets are expensive, around 93/person - so a bit more on the expensive side.

A wonderful experience all around! Booking ahead was the right move. We got there early and before the crowds. We really enjoyed the hike up to Sulphur Mountain, it’s a view like no other!

I was disappointed that the only ways to provide feedback were through the online survey and the on-site feedback options. There was no face-to-face feedback available, which made it difficult to address my concerns properly. The online survey felt limited, and the on-site feedback box didn’t give me confidence that my comments would be reviewed. Overall, the lack of direct interaction made the feedback process feel impersonal and ineffective.

If you’re afraid of heights maybe reconsider 😅 if not the view of the mountains going up is breathtaking!! This was my first solo trip to Banff, and is one of my favourite experiences so far. And the view from the top.. speechless. Dress warm and enjoy the majestic mountains!

Bought a ticket for the Gondola at the admission desk. I was on the first one At 10 am. Not many people queing, girl Was taking photos if you wanted them doing. As it was halloween staff were dressed up. Boarded the gondola and off I went up to An elevation of 2,281m (7486ft) absolutely Amazing. Stunning scenery. When I got to the top I took the lift to the observation deck. There is a wooden boardwalk up to Sulphur Mountain. Becareful It can be icy. Fire pits with chairs and a hot drink bought From the cafe made it a wondeful experience Absorbing this beautiful scenery. There is also a gift shop at the top and when You come down. Any photos can be viewed here. The Gondola trip was the highlight of my holiday. Definitely recommend this.

Spectacular views, and even some interactive educational displays which was unexpected. A very worthwhile experience.
