The highlight of our trip . When visiting Banff it’s a must see . I’m so glad we came end of April it was quite very sunny and was just perfect . No crowds and we spent a few hours here just taking the views in . Don’t rush this experience. We took the shuttle up from the bus stop and only cost £2 we decided to leave the car at the hotel . There is a walk at the top with lots of steps it looks like a climb but honestly it’s easy and doable with lots of stops to take photos . Breathtaking at the top . Don’t miss it out .

Operators and staff were happy and helpful (shoveling and scraping as it snowed). Beautiful views and well kept facility!

We were at the kiosk to purchase our photo and Katie overheard us saying it was our 50th wedding anniversary and stepped in to give us assistance and a discount. Very friendly and helpful.

We went in April and there were short lines and we were able to ride early and eat earlier than our reservation. All staff was so kind.

Give yourself time to fully appreciate the views, you might set aside time for the hike, but once you arrive at the upper deck there’s still a lot more to do. So just set aside atleast 2 hours to spend at the upper deck, this will allow enough time for everything that will side track you.

Dress in layers, but prepare for an amazing view. Leave plenty of time to soak it all in. The view is so worth it!
