When you want to see it all go up on the gondola! The view was spectacular. I was surprised to find there was a boardwalk out on the mountain top, all the way to the actual peak. The boardwalk was fairly easy to do. The station on the top is really nice. There is a museum, cafe, gift shop. They also had smores to make on the deck with blankets and an igloo. The Gondola is very well maintained and manned.

Our trip began at 3:30 pm and we were able to explore at leisure before our meal at Northern Lights, reserved for 5:30. From the care and friendliness of the staff in all areas to the snugness of the blanket as we descended, the experience was wonderful. We were so impressed with how the facility enriched the magnificence of the natural surroundings. It was simply magical to sit listening to the narrative of ‘winter’ and watch daylight fade. Include this experience if you are in Banff….you’ll not be disappointed.

The view from this Gondola is spectacular. We road it up and down. Well we road the chairlift up and down and it was spectacular. This country is beautiful and so worth taking a trip too.

Great time at the gondola. Recommend going at sunset time so you get day light view and evening view. Bundle up, it’s cold and windy. Restaurant was also very yummy.

First time going on the Banff Gondola today and it will be the only time. It was extremely windy on the way down and stopped 2 x not even half way down. When we got down we asked the employee why it stopped and they said cause of the crazy winds. As far as im concerned maybe some warning signs should be posted to let people know that it stops when its very windy and sways horribly back and forth , it wasn't a pleasant experience , pretty terrifying. Definitely won't be returning not worth $150

Absolutely worth the price. As a family of 5 we went early and got the family pass. I have never seen more breathtaking views. Especially the boardwalk to the other peak. We were there for atleast 2 hours there was so much to see.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! You must do this unforgettable experience in the Winter!!! First off. Thank you Quinn and Gandhi. You both made my trip. I will forever remember this moment/experience for the rest of my life. I can’t stress this enough. You must try this experience. I spent 8 hours up there the first night then 4 hours in the windy wintry weather that was in the single digits. I will be back and will hope next year it has this vibe. I will say I did share with Quinn the sounds and music of this needs to be on an album. There is no question this will be sell and be so therapeutic to some of us, as I myself battle anxiety and depression. You both and the team lifted it. Please please!! Recognize these two and your team. I would love for the GM to know how amazing this event is. I work in the states in a very highly recognized hospitality industry and this shines the northern lights of customer service and experience
