What To Expect

Icefields Parkway

After pick you up from hotel, we will head to the icefield parkway, it's one of the most beautiful highway in western Canada. And you will have the chance to see the wild animals along the icefield parkway. There will be total 4 hours round trip driving along the Icefield parkway.

Our first top will be the big bend viewpoint, you can enjoy the beautiful valley and we will spend 10 minutes for photos and enjoy the scenery.

Joe, our driver, was very communicative prior to our tour. Promptly picked us for our 11 hour day and had the entire day planned! Saw so many sights on the way to the Icefields - Peyto Lake, Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier and Waterfowl Lakes viewpoint and Mistaya Canyon. Asked if we wanted to stop for photos and was our own private photographer. He wakes us through the Icefield Center and was there waiting for us after our tour was over. He had waters and even power cord to charger our phones. Great memories and photos!

Perfect tour for our family of 6. Joe was so informative, flexible and kind! Pointed out all the highlights along the Parkway, stopping at strategic spots and allowing us hikes and photos! Worked perfectly around our glacier excursion to meet us in a timely fashion. Can’t recommend Joe highly enough. We even saw his predicted bear sighting!

Joe, our private tour guide to the Columbia Icefields was a delight! He was engaging, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He customized our route and stops to fit our schedule to the icefield and interests. This tour was the highlight of our visit to Banff and Jasper National Parks!
