กินข้าวแล้วหรือยัง - It’s the Thai way to greet a friend - its literal translation is ‘Have you eaten rice yet?!’ There's no better way to highlight the importance of eating in Thailand in this food obsessed city.
Our tour was carefully curated and will take you on a journey through the backstreets of Bangkok, mopping up a 15+ taster menu in street spots and eateries that have been serving locals for decades. We'll meet at Yaowarat to discover the rich Thai-Chinese culinary marriage that make this district one of the city's most buzzing street food spots. It's not just about the food though. It's about the people behind the plates who have dedicated their lives to cooking on the street.

A fabulously gluttonous day exploring Bangkok’s China Town. Our tour guide Jolene took us to so many different street food vendors, restaurants and shops we almost lost count! He was great fun, very attentive and knowledgeable. We tried everything from Michelin-star shrimp dumplings, green curry, morning glory (?!) and soy sauce ice cream (sounds crazy but was delicious!). We got some fantastic photos of China Town as the sun was setting and met some lovely people on our tour. We finished off with mango sticky rice and had to waddle home! 10/10 would recommend.

Annie was a gem, the food was amazing, and this is quite possibly the best food tour I've been on. I can't imagine my Bangkok experience without it. Thank you, Annie!

16 different varied dishes in different areas of Chinatown. Appetisers, mains and desserts. We did the tour at 16.00 which meant we saw Chinatown in the day and night. Guide was informative and a runner made sure seats and food were ready in the next place we were eating before we arrived. Really well organised. We had a great time sampling many foods we would not have tasted if we had no gone on this tour

Well organised and good variety with some dishes we hadn't tasted before. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly, they catered well for some food preferences such as no pork and offered alternatives where available. Only marked down slightly as it covered a small area in Bangkok so we regularly seen other groups which made it feel a bit like a production line.

We had an incredible experience on this food tour and cannot recommend it enough. Our guide Ant was outstanding - knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate about Thai food and culture. She explained everything so clearly, took us to amazing spots we never would have found on our own, and made the whole evening feel effortless and fun. The helpers were wonderful as well, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were always comfortable. The pacing, variety of food, and organization were excellent. What truly made this experience extra special was that I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. They surprised him with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It genuinely made our night. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively, and the care they put into the experience really showed. This tour was a highlight of our trip and something we’ll remember for a long time. If you’re considering a food tour in Bangkok, book this one and ask for Ant if you can!
